Pros:

Location was great. Close to everything by Grab. The staff were friendly and very accommodating with our luggages upon check in and check out. The beds were comfy and the pillows had a bit of firmness which was good for support. They had in-room entertainment such as Netflix which is a plus.

Cons:

There’s a door that separates from the next room, which is a downside as you can sometimes hear when they’re loud. But honestly wasn’t too bad as you’ll be out most of the day/night exploring.
The detachable shower head in the bathroom needs to be changed to a fixed head, as the water tends to trickle down to the pole and wets the whole bathroom floor.

We found a bit of mold near the shower blinds area as water can get trapped there easily.

The “gym” isn’t really a gym - basically minimal equipments in a shoe-box room. Which was probably why it isn’t being advertised on here.

Exceptional. Tourist friendly, clean, modern and great staff
Pros:

Exceptional hotel. They do the basics well, check in is super friendly, quick and easy. Hotel has a nice simple layout, room was big and super clean. Pool are is great, a little small at busier times, but a great feature to have in a boutique hotel. Room service is also good, laundry service is quick and inexpensive, Air Con is exceptional, view from the room is amazing at night, Coffee bar in the lobby is great and the lobby staff couldnt be more helpful. Location is also spot on, 10 minute walk to the main parts of Ho Chi Mihn city. It is likely why there are mostly tourists staying in the hotel, but it is not surprising given the level of prestige the hotel has.

Cons:

I only ate at the hotel once and wasn't super impressed with the fairly basic buffet style food, but there are so many great spots to eat within a short walk you feel like eating at the hotel isn't doing anything for your experience of Vietnam. I certainly wouldn't mark the hotel down for it, just keep it in mind if you are expecting a high level of fine dining within the hotel complex.

Location great, just let down with noisey rooms and average breakfast.
Pros:

Hotel location was in a quiet area and was in walking distance of some landmarks . Room was clean and staff were helpful.

Cons:

The room has a lot of noise from above and below. Floor is a wooden floor which creeps when you walk on it. Which probably is the same as the ceiling noise. Wooden floors transferring sound through. Breakfast was very average for a four star hotel. Was the worst breakfast we had on our trip through Vietnam .

Classy and Clean Hotel, Great Staff and Location, definitely worth a Stay
Pros:

Very Clean and professional Hotel, well presented and excellent staff. Good location, close to plenty of eateries, shopping and tourist attractions. Would definitely stay there again.

Cons:

The pool was spectacular but if I have to be critical it was way too cold which made it uncomfortable after a short while.
