Great hotel, would come back
Pros:

Nice rooms, very clean and got everything you need. Good breakfast and lovely staff :) I had a medical emergency and one man from reception organized a cab for me to the closest hospital and checked in on me every day after that. This was much appreciated!

Cons:

Pool looked nice but not a lot of chairs to lounge in.

Pros:

Vietnamese noodles were fabulous. That was the best thing about this hotel. The swimming pool is the second best. Location is good too. BUt decor and staff are average.

Personnels super gentils.
Pros:

Personnels très chaleureux et très gentils. Très arrangeans, nous pouvons laisser nos bagages après le Check-out pour visiter une fois de plus Saigon.

Cons:

L'eau du labo de la chambre ne s'évacuait pas très bien, mais ce n'est pas totalement bouché.

It was a wonderful stay and would recommend to friends.
Pros:

the porter was very helpful and gave us good tips on where to go.
Breakfast was good and hearty. Loved the cappuccino and the variety of choices. The egg station was great too.
Staff was helpful.

Cons:

the ice cream that came with the breakfast did not taste like icecream. It was a bit too watered down.

Cons:

There was a bright flashing light that went off every few secinds from the smoke alarm. It disturbed us through the night. We could hear other guests in their rooms (they were not being disruptive, just thin walls). There were noises that came from(maybe) pipes at regular intervals

We were told by staff that a taxi to the airport would be around 160,000 VND. When the taxi arrived, I told a staff member we wanted the meter on in the taxi -I think he did not understand me. The driver tried to charge us 250,000VND at the end of our journey.
