One of the best hotels I stayed it, definitely the best most helpful staff I've seen.
Pros:

We stayed there for 2 nights, one after arriving to Dublin and one before leaving. We couldn't ask for a better hotel.
Location is very central within walking distance to all attractions (the farest one was the Guinness experience with 20 mins walk), and bus stations all around to visit other areas (we went to the zoo with our baby, 15 mins walking+ 10 mins bus ride).
The rooms are very clean and well equipped: dishwasher, sink, stove, oven, iron, hairdryer, safe, table and chairs, storage under the bed, big closet, ECT.
the hotel is very accessible: smart doors, elevators, lovely lobby and seating area, big free laundry macine and dryer, snacks and light meals to buy, and information about the city.
But the most generous thing they made was to provide us with 3 bed sheets, blankets & pillows for our campervan journey. We rented a campervan for a week and the rental company asked 35€ pp (105€ total) for bed setting. I found that very expensive to pay that amount of money for sheets and blankets. So I turned to the lady at the reception and asked her to provide us with bed setting. She asked the manager who told her they'll be happy to help us. Although my wife thought it was a bit weird to ask, but the hotel staff didn't and helped us.

Location was ideal to walk to all the main spots such as temple bar etc. Bed was very comfy, had everything you need nothing else we would recommend. It wad our anniversary and the staff went that extra mile and left treats for us which was a special touch!!!

Pros:

The room was quite small but clean. The coffee maker in the lobby wasn't working but the Nespresso in the room made delicious coffee. My big complaint was the fact that the front desk staff used the common area in the lobby to meet with friends or spread out some type of work on the large table. It was an issue because I frequently went down to the lobby to read or talk on the phone and there was limited comfortable seating, as a result of this. I do want to do a shout-out to the front desk young lady. She was so friendly and helpful. I just wish I had gotten her name!

Pros:

The staff was very friendly and helpful, especially with providing directions for stores and booking taxis. The location was perfect as it was close enough to town to be walkable, but it was far enough away to be quiet at night. It was also very safe and clean. I would recommend StayCity Aparthotels - Dublin Castle to others.

Pros:

I would like to thank the person responsible for the extra touch in our room. The swan towels and rose petals one the bed was a very nice recognition of our 59th anniversary and appreciated. We also appreciated Valentine holding our luggage until our room was ready, and the late checkout was most helpful. Robyn was always willing to help and make suggestions, as was Yayiz. All staff members were friendly and helpful whenever we needed anything, especially arranging transportation whenever needed.
It would have been a nice bonus if the coffee machine had been working.

Pros:

Hotel and rooms had everything we needed. They were clean, and walking distance to all of the major attraction in downtown Dublin. Safety was not an issue since all the doors had key entry both inside and out and there was 24 hour staff at the front desk. Breakfast was offered every morning from 6:30 AM to 10 AM and consisted of traditional Irish breakfast. Everyone was equipped with a stove, top burner, microwave, refrigerator, and all the utensils and dishes and pots and pans you needed if you decided you would like to cook for yourself in your room. Access to grocery store with nearby so you could purchase food items that you would need. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Offering assistance on the best restaurants, pubs, and local can’t miss attractions. They also ordered taxis for pickup when we were in need of a ride. Great place to stay

Pros:

Great stay at Staycity Aparthotels, Dublin Castle. Convenient location. Very clean. Traveled with our two adult children and their spouses. Rooms very clean. All pans/dishes/Nespresso maker, hot water pot, toaster available for cooking in room but will need to supply all of your own food items (including oil, spices, salt/pepper, etc). Only one dishwasher pod, so ask for more if needed. Generic shower gel doubles as shampoo, so if you need true shampoo/conditioner, you will want to bring your own. No A/C, heat only. They have a tower fan in each room, but rooms can be stuffy/a bit warm (the end of Sept) even with the window open. Free 24 hour laundry facilities with soap provided, but only one washer/dryer so plan accordingly. Breakfast available of only croissants/coffee downstairs. Would recommend Rosie's Cafe down the street for breakfast/early lunch! A good place to stay if in town longer than a weekend.

Pros:

This property does not have air conditioning in the rooms. Had we known that prior to booking, we would have not chosen this property. The rooms are small and spartan, there is not a daily room cleaning service unless you are willing to pay an extra 20 euros, there are no outlets in the bathroom for a hair dryer, curling iron, etc., and the lack of mirror space in the rooms make it difficult for two people to get ready at the same time. The staff was friendly, but not overly accomodating. The hotel is in more of a residential area and not close to many pubs or restaurants.

Pros:

It was an amazing experience at this hotel. Appartament with full accessories and amenities included. Great space for disabled person with wheelchair. My wife was able move inside the room without problem. Big bathroom. Staff really kindly and ready to solve each problem or to give the right instructions to have a pleasure day in Dublin. Convenient location and great accommodations
Pros:

Wish we had discovered Staycity Aparthotels sooner! This hotel is very convenient to the Dublin Castle, St. Patrick's, Trinity College, Grafton Street, and the Temple Bar area. If you're up for a slightly longer walk, it's not far to St Stephen's Green or many of the areas north of the River Liffey. The hotel doesn't have on-site parking, however, the car park they recommend is super close (less than 5 min walk) albeit somewhat pricey, even with validation. The staff is super friendly. Hotel has an on-site laundry room that is complementary for guests. It only has 1 set of machines, but we didn't have to wait long to use it. Would absolutely stay here again when we visit Dublin.
