EON Centennial Resort Hotel & Waterpark

No WIFI, no refrigerator, no microwave, no coffee in room. Even though hotel and waterpark is in the same complex, there is no discount to enter the waterpark.

Family friendly hotel. But you still have to pay for the water park even if you stay at the hotel that’s the only bad thing

The pool had life guards and life vests for kids that added peace of mind for me.

We stayed in a room that has 3 single beds. I didn’t realize upon booking that the room will be outside the hotel bldg, unlike their other rooms. Our room was facing an unkempt construction area. The bathroom floor was dirty and dangerously slippery with no bathroom rugs provided. The water coming out of the shower was so slow that we had to call maintenance which came and fix the problem right away. I booked the hotel for the waterpark but found out upon check-in that the waterpark was only open on weekends. The only thing positive in this hotel is that the staff was very pleasant and helpful. Sadly, I won’t return.

Staff are not accomodating. They have a restaurant inside the complex and its soooo expensive. The 1 order of Molo Pansit is 1,000 pesos good for 1 person, what the heck??? Our room was full of cocroaches and the toilet was stinky and dirty with some feces on it. The sink was overflowing, clogged up. I don't recommend this place. Stay away from this place.

I will not recommend it to someone.

Wifi is crap. Beds are crap. Staff was friendly but overall I would NEVER stay here again. Bathroom fills with water like a pool. Not worth the money.

No beday, no free soap /shampoo/ lotion in the bathroom

we only stayed here for 1 night before we go back to airport. So far, I love this place, how peaceful it was. Except, as a Filipino, we can't poop without bidet, yes, they don't have bidet, so in order for me to be able to wash, I brought with me the empty plastic bottle in the toilet, fill it with water and use it to wash my butt. But overall, the place is very clean and beautiful.

Looks like no make up room service, after coming back in the evening saw the room condition, called front desk and sent housekeeping,but didn’t make up the room, except changing towels.
Ironically too after check in, water service is not working after calling front desk that’s when they troubleshoot the cause

We stayed for 2 nigjts in this hotel but the room that we were allocated failed on its cleanliness . The cleanliness was not up to a very good standard.
A) The drainage in the 2 shower rooms were blocked
B) cob webs were present on the ceiling and the walls
C) many mosquitos + cockroaches
D) noisy (this hotel has a facility to hold a big party/big events)
Upon checked out the above problems were mentioned but I found that the customer service was very poor. My concerns were not addressed.

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. We liked how the waterpark and the hotel was inside the same compound. The price was ok. A few things to note, the toilet didn't have a bidet so it was very inconvenient. It also would have been better if the lap pool was made available for guests the next day and not for just 2 hours in the morning. It would have been nice for those that were only staying there for just one day since the waterpark was only available until 5pm.

Basic comfort, quiet place, simple for short stay, no fuss,

No hot water and no wifi. The rooms are walking distance from the check in area. It’s dark

The aircon was cold. I don't like the shower room because when you take shower, some of the water are flowing to the toilet floor. There's no door between the shower and the toilet. That's why, we used all the hotel towels to dry up the toilet floor. We used these too as a blockage to prevent the water going to the toilet area. By the way, the faucet was lossed too.
