Pros:

숙소 바로 근처에 쓰키지, 신토미초역이 있어서 도쿄 도심 여기저기 이동하기에 좋았습니다. 대부분 30분 이내에 갈 수 있었어요. 다만 주변 지하철역 출구들이 엄청 작고 좁아서 캐리어 들고 오시는 분들은 쓰키지역 3b 출구에서 엘리베이터 타고 오시는게 좋아요. 1층 바로 앞에 로손, 건너편에 패밀리마트, 세븐일레븐이 있어서 좋았습니다. 택배로 받고 싶은 물건이 있어서 미리 메일로 문의드렸는데, 친절하게 답장해주셨고 택배도 체크인 하면서 수령할 수 있었습니다. 화장실에서 물냄새가 난다는 리뷰가 많아서 걱정했는데, 첫 날 도착했을때만 조금 심했고, 머무는 내내 냄새가 신경쓰이거나 거슬릴 정도는 아니었어요. 화장실 환풍기가 항상 돌아가고 있어서, 소음이 심할까봐 걱정했는데, 문 닫아두면 신경쓰이지 않을 정도라서 괜찮았어요. OTT 여부는 확인 안하고 갔는데, TV로 유튜브도 볼 수 있어서 좋았습니다. 가격대비 나쁘지 않아서, 다음에도 긴자 근처에 묵는다면 다시 방문할 것 같아요.

Cons:

스탠다드 트윈룸이었는데, 방 자체는 생각보다 좁았어요. 24인치 캐리어를 완전히 펼쳐둘 수 없어서, L자로 벽에 기대게 펼쳐야 했습니다. 방음이 잘 안되는 건지, 화장실 환풍기를 통해서 들리는 건지, 간혹 다른 방에서 영상 소리를 크게 틀어놓으면 다 들려요.

瑕不掩瑜，总之比较满意
Pros:

地段极好，交通便利，离两个地铁站很近。旁边有多个便利店。酒店早餐美味，品种较多，每天都吃得很饱。早餐券而且可以和隔壁另一个酒店早餐店通用，应该是同一个老板，非常推荐这个酒店。

Cons:

房间有点小，两人入住，两个大箱子打开非常挤。

Everything was really good
Pros:

This hotel was wonderful, confortable and clean an near the fish market and other attractions.

Cons:

The only thing but I think it was for my own good I left something behind in the room and I have to go in person to pick it up they could not mail it to me. Also they do need people that speak other languages like Spanish it was really hard to communicate with them.

A nice hotel with very friendly and helpful staff, in a phenomenal location.
Pros:

The location is amazing. Right next to two subway stations, and within walking distance to Tokyo Station and the Imperial Gardens. Ginza is a lovely area, and a quieter place to retreat to after busy days in Tokyo.
All staff we encountered were very friendly throughout the stay.

Cons:

I slept well, but the beds are quite stiff. If you or your partner prefer a softer mattress it might be difficult for you. The pillows weren’t the best either.
This was simply a place for us to rest every night, so the small room wasn’t an issue. However the bathroom ceiling is quite low; anyone much over 6’/183cm tall will not be able to stand up straight in the shower. Made it work, but it wasn’t the best way to wash up every day.

设施齐全，提供了日常所需的大部分需要的东西。

Cons:

我住的房间空调是挂机，没法调整风速，风声太大，影响睡觉，专门去便利店买耳塞戴着睡觉。

What you pay for
Pros:

Room was well maintained with regular towel exchange etc. Overall better than current reviews state. Appreciated amenities in the bathroom.

Cons:

Room and bedding showed signs of wear and bed was very firm and uncomfortable. I think I paid more than the average person staying there at the time I booked. It supplied the service it advertised, but it is not the most pleasant hotel to stay in.
