One of our favorite hotels in Japan! It was comfortable, there was a little more space in this room than others and with extra room for your luggage. Beds were comfortable but firm! Shower/bathroom was expectedly small but great. The staff was kind and the hotel was very clean. Location was excellent close to great restaurants and activities. Very close to train station as well!
No additional amenities but doesn’t change my opinion on the hotel!
Excellent hotel, clean and with many amenities. We had two adjoining rooms, each with its own space and privacy. We loved the hotel. It's a bit far from the main attractions in Ginza, but it's easily accessible by several subway lines.

Clean tidy rooms and in a good location with easy access via bus and subway. Very comfortable bed.

The breakfast wasn’t great, poor coffee and very limited selection in fact we didn’t go the 2nd day even though it was paid - limited facilities like no gym or bar … should improve the washing machine (upgrade needed)

Not a lot of amenities for the price we paid. Lights in the room were very dull making it extremely uncomfortable.
Otherwise the hotel is good with location, staff and basic amenities provided.
