Pros:

The staff were absolutely tremendous and highly attentive. The rooms were very clean with comfortable beds. As well, the included breakfast was delicious.

For anyone looking to visit the Pompei archeological sites, this is the place to stay!

Pros:

Hotel regentado por una familia encantadora. Llegamos en un día de mucha lluvia y el dueño salió con paraguas para que no nos mojáramos. Nos dieron habitaciones superiores a las que teníamos reservadas ya que viajábamos en familia y eran las que estaban juntas.
El desayuno es muy completo y delicioso y la ubicación inmejorable para visitar Pompeya, además el día de salida puedes dejar el coche en su parking sin problema. Si volvemos por la zona nos volveremos a hospedar.

It is definitely my only recommendation for Naples and Pompeii.
Pros:

The hotel’s location, rooms, and breakfast were excellent. It is ideal for visiting Pompeii and Naples. It has parking, and everything is within walking distance.

We parked our car and took the train to Naples. The next day, we walked to the archaeological site, and they allowed us to keep the car parked. It was very convenient for us.

The staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Thank you very much for everything

Servizi offerti e dettagli della struttura che fanno percepire la qualità e il confort di cui si può godere in questo hotel.
Posizione strategica, a due passi dal centro e i scavi.
Avevamo una prenotazione di una camera matrimoniale economy ci hanno fatto un upgrade con una
camera matrimoniale con ingresso indipendente e vista giardino.
La gentilezza e la professionalità dei titolari e disponibili per ogni esigenza.
Ci torneremo sicuramente.

Meraviglioso week-end a Pompei e dintorni
Pros:

Hotel a conduzione familiare. Accoglienza ottima. Posizione a 5 minuti dal centro di Pompei Nuova e a 10 minuti dagli scavi.
Massima disponibilità nell'accompagnarci e consigliarci per il meglio. Hanno reso il nostro soggiorno davvero unico. Raramente abbiamo incontrato una tale cortesia unita alla qualità del servizio. Ci torneremo sicuramente per esplorare ulteriormente il meraviglioso territorio intorno a Pompei che si è rivelata essere crocevia per visite alla Penisola Sorrentina, alla Costiera Amalfitana, al Vesuvio, a Caserta e chi più ne ha più ne metta. Meraviglioso week-end. Grazie!!!

Pros:

Such a friendly, warm welcome from Ottaviano, we were made to feel completely at home! Our room was spotlessly clean and very comfortable and had a lovely shower. It was also great to have room to sit outside and enjoy a bottle of wine and snacks after a long day sightseeing (Ottaviano has great wine recommendations!)
The hotel is brilliantly located for local shops, restaurants, public transport and sightseeing. The archaeological site at Pompeii is about 15 mins walk with Naples, Ercolano and Sorrento easily visited by train. We had an early flight home meaning we'd miss breakfast but we were given a lovely takeaway bag with fruit, drink and biscuits which was an incredibly thoughtful touch.
I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. I was honestly sad when we got to the airport to come home. I'm already trying to figure out when we can visit again! If you enjoy a family run hotel where you feel genuinely welcome this is for you.

Un posto con delle potenzialità, grazie anche all’accoglienza dell’host, ma piuttosto impersonale.
Pros:

A dispetto del nome, il Grand Hotel Royal è un piccolo hotel con alcune stanze, credo due o tre, che sono situate al di fuori della struttura principale, in una “stecca” a un piano. Noi avevamo una camera in questa “dependance”. La camera era grande e direi piuttosto pulita, il pavimento in marmo super lucido avrebbe evidenziato un qualsiasi granello di polvere. Il bagno era abbastanza grande, stretto e lungo, c’era tutto quello che serviva. In camera un piccolo frigo e l’aria condizionata per il freddo/caldo.
Fantastico il nostro host che ci ha accolti con calore e gentilezza, ci ha dato delle indicazioni utilissime per la nostra visita ed è stato super gentile anche quando, e me ne scuso ancora, lo abbiamo disturbato di notte al nostro rientro.
La colazione giusta, per noi che mangiamo poco, c’era un po’ di scelta fra dolce e salato e possibilità di farsi fare le uova dalla cucina.

Cons:

La camera definita “vista giardino” in realtà dava su un cortile piuttosto spoglio, tutto cemento. Siamo a Pompei, in un territorio baciato dal sole, basterebbero un po’ di vasi e la natura farebbe il resto.
La camera era “fredda” in tutti i sensi, la posizione la rendeva molto umida e uno split come unica fonte di riscaldamento non fa gran che, specie se uscendo noi si spegne anche lui.
L’arredamento della camera era essenziale, tutto molto chiaro, con questo marmo lucidissimo e una testata del letto imbottita bianca, ma non c’era nessun tipo di decorazione, qualcosa che la personalizzasse un po’, per renderla confortevole, un quadro, una parete colorata, niente, era molto spoglia e fredda appunto, buona per dormirci e basta.

Das Personal ist top! Danke für den warmen Empfang und die guten Tipps.
Die Lage ist super. Zu Fuss 10 Minuten zu den Ausgrabungen und zum Bus auf den Vesuv.

Cons:

Das Frühstück ist zwar gut, könnte aber noch etwas reichhaltiger sein. Lag aber wahrscheinlich an der Nebensaison. Das Personal war aber auch da sehr nett! Danke!

Pros:

位置太棒了，去老城區龐貝城都很方便，飯店有停車場很棒，而且有電梯，巫大維和他的爸爸招待了非常好的咖啡和點心，十分熱情好客，早餐O K，飯店讓我們寄放行李及停車直到我們參觀完龐貝城，非常感謝！

我們的房間位於地面層有點潮濕，床很軟凹陷，不太習慣！
