Pros:

Da receptividade das pessoas que trabalham no hotel. O dono do hotel, sua família e demais funcionarios foram solícitos e muito agradáveis. A limpeza do quarto tambem é um ponto positivo.

Cons:

Sendo exigente, o colchao de casal estava muito macio.

Best way to stay in Pompeii!
Pros:

Absolutely perfect for two nights at Pompeii. Great breakfast, and the owner is super personable and helpful. Room had great AC and the property is relatively close to the Pompeii ruins. Highly recommend!

Pros:

Per la seconda volta in questo hotel, abbiamo trovato di nuovo un’ospitalità insuperabile da parte del Signor Gaetano e della sua famiglia. Attenti e premurosi, ci hanno coccolati fino alla nostra partenza, fornendoci acqua e caffè. Anche il figlio di Gaetano un ragazzo attento e gentile verso gli ospiti. Hotel pulitissimo, con ogni comfort. Centralissimo con parcheggio interno super comodo. Ci torneremo sempre volentieri!

Pros:

La amabilidad y calidez del personal y los dueños.
Muy simpáticos con nuestro pequeño.
La limpieza y el desayuno muy bueno.
La habitación tenía de todo, minibar, té y era muy amplia. Nos dejaron agua para nuestro peque para no tener que salir a comprar.

Idéal pour la visite de POMPEÏ
Pros:

Un très bon accueil par le 'patron' et sa famille,: on se sent tout de suite 'chez-soi'. Toujours un petit mot gentil ou un geste sympathique.
Hôtel très confortable et très bien situé à moins de 5 minutes du centre ville, et 10 minutes de l'entrée du site de Pompei.
Propreté irréprochable, très calme.

Cons:

Rien... à part peut-être le petit déjeuner qui est très bien mais pas exceptionnel (à ce niveau de qualité globale on devient très difficile!!) La salle est relativement petite, et le buffet pourrait être plus varié. Le café est excellent !!

​Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel dalla posizione strategica, perfetto per esplorare la città. La comodità del parcheggio privato è un enorme valore aggiunto. La struttura è impeccabile in termini di pulizia e cura.
​Il vero punto di forza, però, è l'accoglienza: Gaetano e la sua famiglia gestiscono l'hotel con una gentilezza e professionalità fuori dal comune. Ci hanno fatto sentire coccolati e a casa fin dal primo momento.
​Assolutamente consigliato!

Pros:

We have stayed at various hotels in Europe and the UK, this one stands out high above most.

I cannot recommend or praise highly enough the premises and most certainly the owners and their family, we were given personal taxi tours and attention above what one would normally expect, everything was above and beyond.

If you are visiting Pompeii please do yourself a favour and stay here.

What a fantastic host!
Pros:

Gaetano was simply amazing, exceptionally kind and helpful person, it felt like being at home. His son Otaviano was also as kind and as helpful as his dad.

Bello, piacevole, strategico.
Pros:

Questo albergo lo raccomando non solo per la bellezza proprio dell'impianto e delle sue camere e della sua posizione, ma, soprattutto per l'affabilità, la simpatia, la professionalità impeccabile di chi la gestisce (che ho avuto modo di conoscere durante il mio soggiorno). Nella località di Pompei ci sono per ovvio che sia molte strutture ricettive ma dovendo scegliere, Il Royal del Signor Gaetano e della sua famiglia sarebbe il luogo in cui tornerei a soggiornare più che volentieri la prossima volta che dovesse capitarmi.

Cons:

Dovrei inventarmi qualcosa che non esiste. Tutto perfetto.
