Cons:

The location is bad because it is so close to a big hospital, the disturbing sound from ambulance siren all day and night can be heard from the hotel room. The bath floor is so slippery because the tile material (highly recommend to change the tile as soon as possible)

Happy with our stay here but booked another hotel on our return, mainly for location needs.
Pros:

Staff were good, if not exceptional.
Location was good for us, away from main tourist area, although might not be good for others.

Cons:

We had a smell like damn clothing in our room when first entering. Probably something to do with being next to the hotel laundry area, hopefully not the room itself.
