Pros:

The staff were terrific and very helpful. The room (with a Mississippi River view) was clean, comfortable and just what my wife and I needed as I was there on both a working and casual stay.

Cons:

Nothing major. If anything, the location isn't really walkable to anything. You will need to drive to sites in the area.

Okay , but service could be better
Pros:

Breakfast selections were good with plenty of variety, good location by the river, nice view. Staff was polite, room was clean .

Cons:

Room supplies were short on replacing in a timely manner, always had to ask for towels, coffee, trash bags. Room wasn’t ready when we arrived. Pool is small, no hot tub. Lots of trash in the stairwell. Had to evacuate for a fire alarm right out of bed.

Pros:

Great view from the lounge up on the ninth floor.. The beds were very comfortable and very quiet in the entire hotel.Even though the place was packed with young college golfers

Cons:

Check-in was pretty slow as there was a line. And only one person to process people A real tie up at the computer

Pros:

Very friendly staff and great breakfast

Cons:

Pool wasn’t very clean.. very foggy and had some debris in it, not many chairs or any tables either. I was also charged twice for my stay and was not happy about that but the front desk was great to work with on it and fixed the issue.
