Location, did a bike ride so it was perfect being the trail. Clean and staff were great, also enjoyed the bar on the top floor.

Cons:

Toilet seat in my room did not stay up.

Beautiful views, nice room and immediate service when I had trouble with the TV

Very quick response to minor issues- (TV off line).

I REALLY wish y’all would return to daily cleaning-

Pros:

Quick overnight stay.
Pros:

Perfect location on the river it had everything we needed. Stayed just the one night on our way back home from Colorado. I would stay here again.

Cons:

Quite overbooked and busy. Room was the first room off of the elevator. Anytime someone came in that was increased in volume, toddler and puppy would wake up.

Great experience all around.
Pros:

This is our go to hotel when in the Quad Cities. The staff are friendly and the place is kept up very well. We really like the River Room bar on the 9th floor. The view of the Mississippi River is spectacular and Tony, the bartender, is top notch.
