Es un hotel muy antiguo ya esta bastante deteriorado y el area de la piscina muy descuidado muchas heces de iguana.
It’s a comfortable and enjoyable place to stay. The pool is great, and there are hammocks beneath the coconut trees, perfect for unwinding. The air conditioning works well, though there’s no refrigerator in the room. Still looking forward to trying the continental breakfast, but expectations are high.

Hostel muy deteriorado para el precio que cobran. El servicio en el restaurante tiene muchísimo para mejorar.
Very clean, comfortable and simple. Bare bones. Could’ve used more towels, shelves in bathroom. Grounds were beautiful. Breakfast was great. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Es más una "cabina" que un hotel pero mantiene buen precio. sobre todo para pasar la noche.
Ropa de cama y paños muy viejos, la cortina del baño es de plástico y tiene moho. El servicios sanitario de la habitación no funcionaba ( y ellos lo sanían pues le tenían cerrada la llave de paso de agua) .

Run down, used to be a great hotel now not so much
Sobrevalorado! El parqueo con poca iluminación, es un hotel muy viejo, estaba lleno de mosquitos, el lavatorio se salía todo el agua y se inundaba el baño, habían pelos en la ducha y un jabón usado. Las camas súper duras, el aire acondicionado no enfriaba. Contactamos a la recepción para reportar el daño y nunca llegaron a resolver la avería. Realmente no recomiendo este lugar pésima experiencia y sobrevalorado.

Room maintenance is poor, hotel did no have extra towels so we needed to wait for the used towels to be washed!, used couchings on the beds that clearly are not washed!, breakfast was single choice, not even could select type of eggs you wanted. Even parking was not marked. Overall minimum effort to maintain property and customer service.
Great place to stay in Santa Clara. Convenient location and the inner courtyard area and pool are very nice. Clean and spacious. Breakfast was tasty.
The young man at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was really good and the beds were very comfortable.
