Last point was an hour away from center we had to pay lots of money to get there .we had to wait in small little area for owner to let us in as they said money wasn’t clear yet so they were asking us more money .we explained everything that it’s all been paid they could understand English the receptionist couldn’t speak or understand but he sware in English at my brother when he told them to give us our rooms becouse we were really really tired.kids were getting fed up and annoyed.then boss came after 4 hours then he was asking us more money which we refused .i told my Doughter to call your company so you could explain to him that we paid everything.then he said you can stay for 5 days instead of 7 then we have agree on five night becouse we had no choice .when we went in rooms they were very dirty and nasty we stayed only one night then rest of days we had to do rebooking to different hotel in Center .we would like our refund for our accommodation if it’s possible

Из нового аэропорта Истанбул...есть сервисный автобусы прямо в отель. Отель мне понравилась..уютно..чисто...персоны дружнолюбные. Главное кафешки рядом. Мне понравилась.

Watch out for this scam hotel !!! Made a reservation and payment, on location they annuleerd the reservation and didnt give a refund and they also didnt canceled on hotels.com so it looked like we stayed there. SCAM!!! Watch out

cette hotel n est pas bien tt ce qu ils disent c faux ils donnent presque rien pour les objets d cuisine ,il nettoie pas les room et puis ils changent pas les draps m famille et moi avont fais 6 jours avec le mm draps et mm essuies ils changent mm pas ca et les nettoyage journalier forget about it plus jamais de ma vie je prendrai encore cette hotel😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

Otele gittiğimde odamın başkasına verildiğini ve konaklayamayacağımı söylediler. O saatten sonra başka bir otel bulmak zorunda kaldım. Zaten gördüğüm kadarıyla otel de çok kötüydü. Çalışan personel çok kabaydı. Kesinlikle gitmeyin..

Problème de communication entre Expedia et l'hôtel
La panique a été constatée entre les 2 agents de l'agence.

Konaklama güzel oda temizliği gayet güzel fakat odanın kapı kilidi bozuktu tv kanalı yoktu

Tamamen vasat bir otelcilik anlayışı. Yazılanlar tamamen yanlış, otel diye sizi bir emlakçı karşılıyor ve kiraladığı odalardan birini size kiralıyor. (ANLADIĞIM KADARIYLA!!) Oda inanılmaz sigara kokuyordu, yattım kalktım ertesi gün hasta oldum. Solunumla ilgili rahatsızlığı olanlar bu otelden sağ çıkamazlar. Kaldığım güne lanet olsun. Hele ki çıkarken fatura istememe rağmen fatura vermemeleri de inanılmaz sinir bozucuydu. Lanetliyorum.

fiyat performans.asla seyahat amaçlı kalınabilecek yer değil.e5 den geçiş yapan ve dinlenmek isteyen sürücü kalabilir..hovardalık yapmaya gelen kişi kalabilir,iş için bölgede olan kişi kalabilir.aile konaklamasına uygun değil...ama ucuz,çarşaf,yastık yüzü,tuvalet temiz..wifi çok kesiliyor...

Aile olarak güzel bir istanbul tatili düşünüyorsanız kesinlikle size tavsiye ederim.
