Pros:

L'appartamento è posizionato vicino ai mezzi e a circa 20 min dalla stazione.
L'appartamento è pulito.
E' presente un grande letto e aria condizionata.
Lo staff è stato molto cordiale e disponibile parlando un ottimo inglese.

Cons:

Come in molti posti c'è la moquette che trattiene l'umidità durante i giorni di pioggia.
Non c'è un tavolo dove poter mangiare.

There was a musty smell, possibly from the washer) that was obvious our whole stay. On the last day it smelled like urine as well.

Pros:

The place was clean and classy , very quite street and not so far from train station or major streets with supermarkets . Stuff was friendly. Equipments were good.

Cons:

The placement is not central and it takes around 20 min to get to train station or 30-40 min to major attractions . It has kitchen but lacks basic cooking equipments. The stuff was friendly but to be honest not very helping . They don't provide transfers of lagage or drop off of suitcases for airports , they didn't call in my behalf a store to check up availability (I mean basic conciergerie services) and even told me that having a cooking knife to cut fruits were prohibited . I felt like short of a service there for 3 star hotel

Buon soggiorno ma su alcune cose si può migliorare
Pros:

Stanza spaziosa e dotata di ogni comfort. Fermata dei bus vicina per raggiungere comodamente più punti della città. Personale gentile e super a disposizione. Accettano i bagagli in hotel

Cons:

Zone comuni (tipo zona ascensori) sporche e trascurate. Mancano prese o multi prese, che però si possono chiedere in aggiunta in caso di bisogno. In stanza bisogna togliersi le scarpe prima di entrare peccato che alcune zone erano sporche e non ben pulite (tipo zona dietro la porta). Se devo camminare scalza o con ciabattine preferirei che sia tutto super pulito. Obbligo di dare il check in in una struttura vicino alla stazione indipendente da dove sia dislocata poi la struttura dove si alloggia
