Lovely room and comfortable stay
Pros:

The photos don’t do this place justice. It was such a pleasant stay. The room was very large for Japan standards and it was very clean. Our room was on the first floor by the road but it was so quiet and didn’t hear anyone coming and going. Being able to leave our bags at guest services before and after check in was helpful and it was nice they dropped our bags at our room.

Cons:

It’s slightly out of the way but it is near a bus stop and easy to get to the main areas.

Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo in posizione eccellente
Pros:

Abbiamo avuto un soggiorno molto piacevole in questo B&B a Kyoto. La posizione è davvero comoda: la struttura è ben collegata sia alla stazione centrale sia alla zona di Gion, quindi è facile spostarsi in città senza perdere troppo tempo.

Il servizio è stato ottimo e molto efficiente. Abbiamo apprezzato particolarmente la possibilità di far consegnare i bagagli direttamente in camera in giornata, una comodità enorme quando si arriva prima del check-in o si vuole iniziare subito a visitare la città.

Nel complesso, il rapporto qualità-prezzo è davvero eccellente: una soluzione pratica, ben organizzata e molto conveniente per visitare Kyoto.

Good for young fit travelers
Pros:

Staff were friendly in helping set up the Netflix and new coffee maker, getting us a top sheet because the comforter was too heavy and hot.
They let us check our bags for the day..

Cons:

Long walk to hotel and 2 blocks walk inside to our room and the ice machine. Couldn't access the pool.

Pros:

Tolle Unterkunft. Das Zimmer war top. Ein Mitarbeiter hat uns geholfen bei der Bedienung der Waschmaschine. Zwei gute Restaurants in der Nähe.

Pros:

The location was great, down a quiet street. Close enough to walk to things, but secluded enough to have a restful night sleep

The staff wasn't very friendly. Also, after they cleaned my room, the floor was dirtier than before!

Wonderful, convenient place to stay when visiting Kyoto.
Pros:

The apartment was located conveniently for buses and to get around, but was on a side road so was quiet. The beds were very comfortable and it was so helpful to have the small washing machine.

Cons:

Would be great if there were more restaurants nearby but this is not something the hotel has much control of.

- sehr viel Platz
- bequeme Betten
- Waschmaschine
- Trockenfunktion im Badezimmer: damit habe ich sogar meine nassen Sneaker über Nacht trocken bekommen
- immer genug Handtücher
- die Location war okay, dafür war der Preis aber echt in Ordnung
