Pictures of the rooms looked nicer and bigger than the actual rooms. Furnitures were a bit outdated. We had to add a standard room that was a little pricey. But I liked the quietness of the area. We had breakfast on our last day and the food and coffee were delicious. The staff is friendly.

Location

The setting of this hotel resort property in Ilocas Norte was stunning. Nice room. Authentic Spanish colonial doors and trim.
The clean, well-maintained Infinity pool and Vista over the lake toward the former "northern Malacang" (which apparently has a museum dedicated to Marcos) were hard to beat. A rare find and a peaceful getaway!
Good meals (dinner and breakfast).
Management was very professional, and friendly in conversation.
Rooms have great air-conditioning.

Roach, lizard and mosquito in room. You can hear noise outside loud due to big gap of the bottom of door and one time they changed the comforter and it was rough and itchy. Otherwise the employees are very nice, good food. The room could use upgrade .

This hotel is not so big but charming, clean, and well kempt. The staff are accommodating, friendly and welcoming. The front desk staff are the best there is, And the hotel manager Sheri is so awesome,

The building is great for the price. Staff are very pleasant, cheerful, friendly, and very helpful - they went above and beyond satisfying our needs. They even upgraded our room. The managers went out of their way to make us feel welcome, and even asked us to provide them suggestions that would improve their dining menu and customer services.
