Vraiment nous avons été très touché par la gentillesse du personnel, ils sont discrets, serviables, souriants et très gentils c’était un plaisir de les rencontrer chaque jour. Également les plats du restaurants sont supers, très bons et le petit déjeuner également copieux avec des produits locaux et maison nous avons été subjugués.
Le cadre, les chambres sont magnifiques, très bien entretenus par le personnel , la végétation c’est époustouflant.
Enfin, il faut absolument réaliser les visites de nuit et jour de l’arboretum c’est exceptionnel et on apprend plein de choses par les 2 guides qui ont énormément de connaissances , ils sont passionnés , respectueux de la nature et aussi d’une extrême gentillesse. C’était tellement plaisant que notre visite a duré 2 h sans san rendre compte !!!

Beautiful hotel, service minded staff that kept the restaurant open when we arrived late. Good guiding both night and day at the Arboretum. We all wished we could stay longer. Food was amazing.
Personnel sympathique, à l’écoute.
Calme et reposant, par contre un peu loin du centre ville et des plages.

The arboretum was fantastic
Staff were excellent, the food was very tasty, hotel grounds and room were beautiful. There is an arboretum which is really worth a visit. We stayed just one night and since our journey had taken 3 flights and 29 hours we didn't do the "night walk". We missed seeing mouse lemurs! I would recommend the night walk which can be done just when it is dark - so in June after 6 pm. We visited in the day and it was good. Nice birds/plants. The hotel is out of town but for a relaxing few days / 2 or 3 nights for a chill out is a great place to stay. We would go back.
Nothing. We didn't unpack as we were only there for one night. If we had stayed longer storage for clothing would have been poor if you don't want to live out a suitcase. I would have laid out my clothes on one of the spare beds....We had a family bungalow.
Très bien situé à 15 minutes de l'aéroport, cet établissement est absolument exceptionnel dans un parc arboré, sa cuisine rafinée
Le calme, l accueil, le lieu en lui meme, le concept, la modernité des installations...
Excellent hôtel situé à 20 minutes de la ville ! Le personnel fait toute la différence, ils sont tous formidables ! Les chambres et les équipements sont qualis :)

La stanza era piccolissima e calda. La doccia esteriore era magnifica ma senza acqua calda.

Il faisait très chaud dans le bungalow. Pas d’air et les ventilateurs n’étaient pas suffisant pour rafraîchir

- das ganze Hotel war praktisch leer und trotzdem erhielten wir kein Upgrade, das fanden wir etwas schade
- Mitarbeitenden konnten weder gut französisch noch englisch
Sono stati molto accoglienti, la struttura possiede un arboretum che ho visitato in notturno e ho visto parecchi lemuri della specie più piccola, è un giardino botanico davvero bello e se avessi avuto tempo lo avrei visitato anche di giorno.
La zona piscina è molto carina e rilassante, il cibo è buono.
La stanza ha un tetto di paglia ( fedele all'architettura del Sud di Madagascar ) che lascia passare l'aria ma anche gli animaletti ed è molto piccola quindi col caldo un po' soffocante, ovviamente non c'è aria condizionata.
