Schlimmste Unterkunft in ganz Madagascar:(
Pros:

Das Abendessen war okay, der daneben liegende botanische Garten war ganz nett.

Cons:

Unser Aufenthalt war leider eine einzige Enttäuschung. Bereits der Check-in war chaotisch. Das Personal an der Rezeption wusste nicht, ob wir unsere Unterkunft bereits bezahlt hatten oder nicht. Da die Zahlungsabwicklung bei Booking für uns so dargestellt wurde, dass sie über die Unterkunft erfolgen sollte, gingen wir davon aus, dass alles geregelt war. Es dauerte eine gefühlte Ewigkeit, bis die Angelegenheit geklärt wurde. Währenddessen mussten wir draußen warten und wurden völlig von Moskitos zerstochen. Ins Zimmer durften wir in dieser Zeit nicht.

Leider wurde es danach nicht besser. Das Zimmer war sehr dunkel, insgesamt nicht sauber und offenbar nicht ausreichend gegen Insekten abgedichtet. Die Insektengitter waren teilweise beschädigt, die Tür nicht dicht und eine Klimaanlage gab es nicht, lediglich einen Ventilator. Auch das Badezimmer war nicht richtig abgetrennt, sodass man keinerlei Privatsphäre hat und sämtliche Toilettengeräusche des Partners mitbekommt.

Besonders unhygienisch waren die Zustände im Zimmer. Die Bettdecke war fleckig, das Moskitonetz extrem verschmutzt und auf dem Boden befand sich Tierkot, vermutlich von Geckos oder anderen Tieren. Offenbar rieselte dieser auch von der Decke herab und gelangte durch das Moskitonetz direkt auf das Bett. In der zweiten Nacht hatten wir deshalb massive Kotflecken im Bett.

Zusätzlich zur ohnehin sehr hohen Anzahl an Moskitos auf der Anlage hatten wir in unserem Zimmer eine regelrechte Käferplage. Es handelte sich offenbar um ein besonderes Problem dieses Zimmers, da wir von anderen Gästen nichts Vergleichbares gehört hatten. Tagsüber kamen bereits Käfer herein, nachts waren es teilweise Hunderte. Sie versteckten sich unter der Toilette und drangen durch die undichte Terrassentür ins Zimmer ein. Unsere einzige Möglichkeit war, die Tiere mit Insektenspray zu töten. Das Ergebnis: Hunderte tote Insekten im Zimmer, das anschließend einem regelrechten Insektenfriedhof glich.

Époustouflant !!!
Pros:

Vraiment nous avons été très touché par la gentillesse du personnel, ils sont discrets, serviables, souriants et très gentils c’était un plaisir de les rencontrer chaque jour. Également les plats du restaurants sont supers, très bons et le petit déjeuner également copieux avec des produits locaux et maison nous avons été subjugués.
Le cadre, les chambres sont magnifiques, très bien entretenus par le personnel , la végétation c’est époustouflant.
Enfin, il faut absolument réaliser les visites de nuit et jour de l’arboretum c’est exceptionnel et on apprend plein de choses par les 2 guides qui ont énormément de connaissances , ils sont passionnés , respectueux de la nature et aussi d’une extrême gentillesse. C’était tellement plaisant que notre visite a duré 2 h sans san rendre compte !!!

Fantastic
Pros:

Beautiful hotel, service minded staff that kept the restaurant open when we arrived late. Good guiding both night and day at the Arboretum. We all wished we could stay longer. Food was amazing.

Go here it is excellent
Pros:

Staff were excellent, the food was very tasty, hotel grounds and room were beautiful. There is an arboretum which is really worth a visit. We stayed just one night and since our journey had taken 3 flights and 29 hours we didn't do the "night walk". We missed seeing mouse lemurs! I would recommend the night walk which can be done just when it is dark - so in June after 6 pm. We visited in the day and it was good. Nice birds/plants. The hotel is out of town but for a relaxing few days / 2 or 3 nights for a chill out is a great place to stay. We would go back.

Cons:

Nothing. We didn't unpack as we were only there for one night. If we had stayed longer storage for clothing would have been poor if you don't want to live out a suitcase. I would have laid out my clothes on one of the spare beds....We had a family bungalow.

Bel posto ma confort non ottimale

schöne Anlage für vor oder nach dem Flug bei Toliara

Cons:

- das ganze Hotel war praktisch leer und trotzdem erhielten wir kein Upgrade, das fanden wir etwas schade

Un attima scelata per passare una notte in attesa di proseguire il viaggio
Pros:

Sono stati molto accoglienti, la struttura possiede un arboretum che ho visitato in notturno e ho visto parecchi lemuri della specie più piccola, è un giardino botanico davvero bello e se avessi avuto tempo lo avrei visitato anche di giorno.
La zona piscina è molto carina e rilassante, il cibo è buono.

Cons:

La stanza ha un tetto di paglia ( fedele all'architettura del Sud di Madagascar ) che lascia passare l'aria ma anche gli animaletti ed è molto piccola quindi col caldo un po' soffocante, ovviamente non c'è aria condizionata.
