Entregaram apto bwc sem ralo. Banho impossível devido ao acúmulo de água. Ao retornar não tinham informação se fora arrumado. Resultado diária sem banho e sem ouvidoria. Lamentável!
Uma das melhores experiências que já tivemos! Quarto super agradável, limpo, com ar-condicionado funcionando perfeitamente, atendimento espetacular e um café da manhã com muitas opções. Fiquei muito impressionado com o carinho do hotel, que me presenteou com um delicioso bolo de chocolate ao saber que meu aniversário estava se aproximando.

Estrutura muito boa em geral. A piscina poderia ser aquecida. E precisam aumentar as opções de cerveja. O hotel só tem spaten, corona e stella artois.
