According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it is necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorization must be notarized, signed by both parents, and presented along with notarized copies of their IDs. The law applies to foreigners as well and in such cases, the passport will be necessary instead of the ID.
When booking 10 rooms or more, different policies and additional supplements may apply.
The value of the pet fee is BRL 90 plus 3 percent ISS per day.
We accept small animals, up to 14 in for dogs and 12 in for cats.
In the halls, pets can only be placed on their guardian's lap; they are not allowed in the restaurant or swimming pool. We emphasize that the contracted daily rate covers a 24-hour period, with checkin from 2:00 PM and check out by 12:00 PM. The interval of up to 3 hours between guest departure and arrival is provided for in MTur Ordinance No. 28 and is intended exclusively for cleaning, sanitization, and tidying of the unit, ensuring the maintenance of our standard of excellence.

Ausência total de empenho em resolver problemas na estadia

A estrutura em si é boa. A cama e o travesseiro são confortáveis. O chuveiro esquenta.

Cons:

Fui em agosto, mas o dia não era muito frio. O quarto estava muito abafado, nem abrindo as janelas, refrescava. Tentei ligar o ar condicionado, mas, mesmo no mínimo, não refrescava, pois era ar central e estava programado para esquentar. Liguei na recepção, mas, meu problema já foi resolvido. A resposta é que a maioria dos hóspedes havia escolhido o ar no quente. Mas, eu não fui consultada. Questionei sobre pessoas que podem ter problemas de saúde e precisam de um ambiente mais fresco. Não houve qualquer esforço da recepcionista em resolver a situação. Pedi quw chamasse o gerente. Disse que não podia, pois já tinha findado o seu horário de trabalho, como se não houvesse mais ninguém, além dela, no hotel. Como se, naquele momento ela fosse a autoridade máxima no estabelecimento. Ainda me disse que ela não podia fazer nada, pois a mudança para o frio exigia o pessoal da área técnica, e o serviço levaria mais de 3h. Enfim... o pior foi perceber que no café da manhã, no restaurante, o ar estava refrescando (no meu quarto continuava quente). Das duas uma: ou o ar não é central, ou o pessoal técnico foi trabalhar às 4h da madrugada, para refrescar apenas o restaurante. Enfim.... a diária não é das mais baratas para a ausência de conforto termico, nem para a ma vontade dos funcionários em resolver a situação, ou chamar quem possa fazê-lo. Não indico esse hotel, nem pretendo voltar nele.

Solicite atendimento para decorar o quarto para núpcias e café da manhã no quarto. Além de nenhum dos dois terem sido atendidos, qdo pedi o café da manhã por telefone ao acordar, só trouxeram para um.

A expectativa com o café tmb não foi atendida.
