According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it is necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorization must be notarized, signed by both parents, and presented along with notarized copies of their IDs. The law applies to foreigners as well and in such cases, the passport will be necessary instead of the ID.

The value of the pet fee is BRL 90 plus 3 percent ISS per day.
We accept small animals, up to 14 in for dogs and 12 in for cats.
In the halls, pets can only be placed on their guardian's lap; they are not allowed in the restaurant or swimming pool. We emphasize that the contracted daily rate covers a 24-hour period, with checkin from 2:00 PM and check out by 12:00 PM. The interval of up to 3 hours between guest departure and arrival is provided for in MTur Ordinance No. 28 and is intended exclusively for cleaning, sanitization, and tidying of the unit, ensuring the maintenance of our standard of excellence.

PROPAGANDA ENGANOSA, VÍCIOS, fechaduras quebradas COBRA MUITO OFERECE POUCO

Me mudaram de categoria para um quadra que tinha escada e tinha que deixar a mala embaixo e surto era em cima, nada pragmático , mas o pior foi que as 2 TVs não funcionavam e liguei na recepção dizendo que assistir a TV era o mínimo para um hotel como aquele e a moça medisse que estava sozinha e na tinha como resolver . Tempo depois veio um rapaz e não cineguiu consertar . Perdi tempo, me desgastei e só consegui asssitir TV no meu quarto . Pedi parcial da diária de volta pelos vícios e até agora nem me
Retornaram. Terei que tomar medidas jurídicas e me incomodar mais uma vez por causa da propaganda enganosa deles e falta de profissionalismo

Me mudaram de categoria de quarto pra um que tinha escada e tinha que deixar mala embaixo e quarto era em cima . Nada prático e o pior : as 2 TV s não funcionavam , liguei recepção e moça disse que não podia resolver pq estava sozinha e só tempos depois foi um rapaz que.nao consertou aaTVs. Paguei por um hotel que se diz 4 estrelas e nem TV disponibiliza . Propaganda enganosa cheia de vícios . Pedi diária parcial de volta e nem me retornaram . Pessimos , cobram por um hotel que não dão estrutura . Café da manhã deixa a desejar. Terei que tomar medidas jurídicas pra que outros não sejam prejudicados como fui gastando muito . Tenho provas de tudo!
