Super hotel
Pros:

It’s a very clean and modern hotel with gentle workers (they know English very well). The rooms are also nice and very clean. The indoor swimming pool is very nice. Breakfast was also tasty. Absolutely recommendable place to stay. Top quality!

Grand Otrada 3 night stay.
Pros:

Stayed here as a family of 5. We have all really enjoyed it. The staff have been really friendly and helpful. The facilities at the hotel are of a very high standard. The pool and spa area are very well designed and our children particularly enjoyed being able to go to the pool every day. There is a private beach which you are entitled to visit every day of your stay with free passes to travel there and back by cable car (journey takes 5 minutes). There are hotel staff at the beach who set up loungers and parasols for you. The hotel is about a 30 minute walk from the city centre and there are good transport links and a footpath and cycle path which mean you don't need to walk down busy roads. Breakfast is extensive although some UK visitors may be surprised by the range of foods that make up a Ukrainian breakfast! We would highly recommend this hotel and the city of Odessa to UK visitors. Ukraine is not considered as a holiday destination by many people in the UK, but we have thoroughly enjoyed being here and found it a very interesting place.

Personnel fort sympathique, chambre avec grand lit, petit balcon avec vue latérale sur la mer, piscine intérieure fort agréable, sauna, massage, soin esthétique. Confortable, climatisation, peignoir, chausson, mini-bar et bouilloire avec thé et café.
Petite originalité : Un petit téléphérique vous transportera de l’hotel directement sur la plage, avec un accès gratuit à la plage de l’hotel, chaise longue, parasols et matelas compris.
Au bord de mer longue promenade de plusieurs kilomètres fort agréable

Another Ukrainian deceiving listing. They wrote beachside. Lol,,, minimum 500 meter walk down a cliff ! Dont plan on walking back !! And they boast cable cars, that dont work most of the time, lol. Not in operation my whole 3 day visit anyway, probably the whole winter.Check in a joke, belittling to say the least. CHECK OUT EVEN WORSE ! I called from my "grand suite " (lol) 10 minutes before because I have the experience to know they must run up and check the room to make sure you didnt rob them before they will let you out of the locked parking lot but the girl said she cant check me out "must come to reception " lol...I thought well I signed a 4 page letter when I checked in, you have my credit card on file, my passport, my guest's passports what else do you want..Location: View from my "Grand Suite, (really, the king grand suite, there best room ) was of an alley way that leads to the cliff's with a torn up road, overgrown weeds, gang writing all over these old houses and buildings balcony's falling off the sides of these buildings there so old and very decrepit,, so all in all, a disgusting view ! Building itself is only new. Funny they got the marketing down right though, you read a listing and it says "Grand" within the name and you think Grand, well folks this place had ZERO paintings, zero bouquets in this grand place and a ridiculous design ! lol...My room..It was the king suite and it is nothing but big. Two rooms and a big balcony closed in on three sides with this cheap see thru plastic because the view is terrible (ac units etc) and the entire unit consisted of 1 bed, 1 loveseat, and 1 desk in each room ! lol, no paintings no nothing ! 75 sq. meter room ! And yes they do have coffee makers but they charge for each cup, lol....Its part of there mini bar system, lol...Restaurant, yep they have one. They called me at 8 and asked me if I was going to have dinner there and I knew why and so I asked the sweet girl " why you asking me " do the kids want to go home " ...lol, I was right, she said yes..I didnt bother with the free breakfast, I have enough free breakfasts in Ukraine to skip them..Sleep quality ,, booooo.. I dont like 50 count sheets and sponge $2 pillows !! Lastly, during conversation one of my guests mentioned he really liked this hotel, and I thought it was because he in fact is Ukrainian. No offense, but no experience either. So if your from the west, skip this place, if your Ukrainian or Russian, you will be fine..
