Pros:

Excellent location. Very good staff who gave great recommendations for restaurants etc. breakfast delicious but expensive if not included!

Cons:

Only down point was a tap that didn’t work in one of the basins and a slightly noisy fridge!

Excellent emplacement pour un long week-end
Pros:

L’emplacement est idéal pour rayonner dans le centre de Porto. Le buffet du petit déjeuner est exceptionnel. Le rapport qualité -prix est parfait.

Um hotel 5 estrelas não pode ter esses problemas.
Pros:

Bom café da manhã, mesa variada e um bom cardápio para escolha. Equipe boa, atenciosa, prestativa.

Cons:

No quarto a cortina é fechada por um acionador. O black-out nao fechou todo, até em cima, isso deixou uma luz entrando no quarto. Além disso a geladeira fazia um barulho baixo, mas que me incomodou a ponto de eu precisar desligá-la durante a noite para poder dormir.

Pros:

Habitación perfecta.

Cons:

Personal y servicio en comedor sirviendo desayuno muy desigual. Personas que se olvidan de la comanda; llega tarde. Mobiliario en Mezzanine requiere actualización, está en mal estado. Tostadora que se requiere retirar, etc. Alguien que supervise y corrija todos los desperfectos y errores cometidos por el personal.
