Da parte da restauração achei sofisticado demais sem contrapartida ou seja sem um restaurante/ coffe shop para refeições normais

Gostei de tudo. Apenas pequenas sugestões: cheiro ambiente no lobby demasiado intenso, pequeno almoço ótimo mas podia ter um pouco mais de variedade, a nota de que a tentaram arrumar o quarto podia ser enviada por email, não e papel (pouco ecológico).

The location was great, central location! The hotel was amazing and luxury. The breakfast was amazing! The french toast!! All of the staff were very nice and helpful! Really would recommend!

Très bon emplacement. Personnel souriant. Chasseur/bagagiste qui a accueilli et fait le départ très professionnel et disponible. Hôtesse du PDJ très professionnelle. Ambiance et personnel du bar très appréciable également.
Quelques manquements aux standards leading comme la confirmation que le transfert soit déjà arrivé ou non au départ. Le service guest relation avait envoyé un mail auquel j'ai répondu. Aucune des informations que j'ai données n'a été traitées. J'ai dû moi-même reprendre contact pour au moins m'assurer du transfert aéroport. Le dernier soir, le hk a laissé une note de m'adresser à la réception pour le service de la couverture. Je l'ai donc signalé à l'accueil en ressortant de l'hôtel vers 19h00. À mon retour vers 22h30. Le service n'avait pas été fait.

Only down point was a tap that didn’t work in one of the basins and a slightly noisy fridge!
L’emplacement est idéal pour rayonner dans le centre de Porto. Le buffet du petit déjeuner est exceptionnel. Le rapport qualité -prix est parfait.
La salle de bain est un peu petite.
