Was clean and the beds were comfortable
Very disappointing experience with Wingate by Wyndham Austin North. After our stay, we were charged $250 for alleged damage to a microwave that we did not use, touch, or damage.
It is extremely concerning to be charged this amount for something we did not do. I requested that the hotel provide clear documentation supporting the charge, including photos, inspection records, and proof connecting the alleged damage to our stay.
Guests should carefully check their final charges and document the condition of their room when arriving and leaving. Based on my experience with this unexpected $250 damage charge, I would not stay at this property again.
Just location but everything else was very bad. I am sorry.
I didn't get prior notification that the elevators were not functioning and we were not able to stay since my husband and I could not climb three flight of stairs. I tried to get a cancellation on the property and they were not able to reply to booking.com. I spent more than an hour in the property trying to be patient and figure it out but it was really hot in the lobby and the property said they would not charge me only to see that they had charged me the morning after. There was no manager in duty that time or through the weekend to help us. I hope to get my refund soon.

We loved the cleanliness, the location, the breakfast.
The only thing we didn’t like was the pool area. The pool did not look like it appeared on the website. It was entirely too small. We also didn’t like how the breakfast lady we had during our stay made us feel like we weren’t allowed to get more food. She was constantly giving us these looks and made us feel like we were doing something wrong!
The rooms are nice. Bathroom is nice.
The Elevator when I was going up it made a BOOM noise. I think Wingate by Wyndham should put the elevator out of service to fix the BOOM noise.
Fijn hotel. Kamer zag er echt heel erg netjes uit. Het geluid van de snelweg hoor je wel, maar met oordoppen prima te doen.

Lovely property in a great location to access IH-35. Extremely clean. Really good breakfasts. A nice variety over the week that I was here. Including breakfast tacos/burritos! A real treat. Very nice staff as well. I highly recommend this property.
Noise from IH-35. If you are sensitive to noise at night, you’d better have ear plugs.
