Pros:

Excellent location - very near to beach, lighthouse restaurant
Very helpful and kind staff
Pool was good and well maintained
Toilet bathroom was clean

Cons:

Parking not free - we have to pay ₹150 and walk for about five mins to reach the hotel
Room was not clean - some insect was eating away the wooden bed and cupboards and left wood chunks all over the place

Lovely walk around the bylanes that lead to the hotel.
Budget friendly.
Worth your pennies..
Don't forget to visit KERALA CAFE , close to the stay.. authentic kerala homely food, pocket friendly.ideal for families too..

Pleasant and quiet as I visited during off season
Pros:

Approach road is very steep and is quite difficult to drive and need experience in driving on steep climbs. But this is common for all the resorts there and very similar to Varkala beach resorts also.

Lots and lots of termites cockroaches. Entire property needs renovation. Stay here if u want to suffer.

Pros:

Location is fabulous. Large rooms, nice little balcony overlooking the pool. Staff were brilliant and went out of their way to accommodate you. Washing machine to use on site.

Cons:

The pool needed some TLC, very slimy, I only got in once. Bathroom also needs some attention, leaking pipes and water stains down the walls.

We had to look for some other staying locations at 12 midnight
Even during booking they would not pick up the phn and when picked up would talk really harshly.
