Ho passato la prima notte nel mio viaggio in India qua e ho deciso di tornare per le ultime due notti del mio viaggio. Purtoppo mi sono ritrovata a pagare il 50% in più ogni notte, ma sono consapevole che non dipenda da loro ma dalle online travel agency. Mi aspettavo però una stanza almeno di pari livello della precedente, avendo pagato molto di più ma così non è stato. La stanza odorava di chiuso, le lenzuola erano sporche e macchiate, non aveva una finestra con possibilità di vedere fuori e il bagno era umido e sapeva di muffa. Nonostante l’abbia fatto notare allo staff mi hanno detto di non poterci fare nulla.
Ultimo punto estremamente negativo é stato il fatto di non aver potuto ricevere il 15% di sconto sul cibo previsto nella prenotazione. Abbiamo effettuato due colazioni e una cena al ristorante dell’hotel ma, al momento del check out ci hanno fatto pagare la cifra totale dicendo inizialmente che lo sconto era già applicato e poi, facendogli notare che così non fosse, hanno detto che avremmo dovuto comunicarlo prima di consumare al bar. Non è questo il modo di comportarsi con il clienti. Non ci tornerei mai e non auguro a nessuno di venire qua

Terrible Experience – Strongly Not Recommended

This hotel was one of the worst experiences I’ve had while traveling.

Nothing was as advertised, and the conditions were completely unacceptable:
• Wi-Fi didn’t work at all
• Bathroom bidet was broken
• The hotel was extremely dirty and poorly maintained
• Service was unprofessional and unhelpful
• Power outage for about one hour

The staff showed no real effort to fix any of these issues, which made the situation even worse.

I had to leave earlier than planned because staying there was simply not possible.

Unfortunately, this experience left a very negative impression on my visit to India, which is really disappointing because I had high expectations.

I strongly advise anyone considering this hotel to avoid it and look for better options.
