Posto ideale per chi ama viaggi in relax
Pros:

Ho soggiornato 3 giorni, la S.ra Iris molto gentile e professionale.
L'alloggio pulito. La posizione tranquilla, con garage dista 10 minu dal centro di Urbino.

Tutti i confort, sua come appartamento che come posto, a 3km dal centro di Urbino.
Pros:

La stanza ha tutti i comfort, cassaforte, armadio, scrivania, e bagno in camera. Biancheria bagno e da letto, direi ottimo.

Cons:

Non posso dire che non mi sia piaciuto qualcosa,l'unica pecca un cuscino in più almeno in una delle due camere. Poi il resto impeccabile.

LA COLAZIONE NON E' PREVISTA ALMENO COSI' CI E' STATO DETTO!
LA POSIZIONE PUO' ANCHE ESSERE BUONA, MA LA STRUTTURA VA CURATA. NON SI PUO' DIRE IMMERSA NEL VERDE, QUANDO PER VERDE SI INTENDE ERBA ALTA!

Cons:

TUTTO! Abbiamo soggiornato due notti e la stanza non è stata pulita. Non si pretende il cambio delle lenzuola e degli asciugamani, ma almeno la pulizia del bagno.
Si parlava di prima colazione e invece abbiamo trovato una macchinetta del caffè con alcune capsule, senza neanche una fetta biscottata.
Sconsiglierò questo posto a tutti!

Si è trattato di un viaggio itinerante,una permanenza troppo breve ma direi ok.
Pros:

Camera e bagno spaziosi.... frigorifero.... posto auto coperto.

Cons:

Solo aggiungerei una tendina alla finestra del bagno.
