Cons:

Στις παροχές έγραφε ότι παρέχεται μίνι μπαρ και υπήρχαν κάποια πράγματα στο δωμάτιο, από τα οποία και χρησιμοποιήσαμε κάποια. Στο check out μας έκαναν έξτρα χρέωση, χωρίς να αναγράφουν κάπου ότι είναι επι πληρωμή ή να μας ενημερώσει η reception κατά την άφιξη μας για τις χρεώσεις !

Bạn lễ tân nữ và chú bảo vệ rất thân thiện. Lễ tân và bảo vệ lúc nào cũng có người.
Mình checkin lúc rạng sáng nhưng chú bảo vệ và lễ tân nhiệt tình lắm

Pros:

The location was great. Staff were friendly, and the room was clean.

Cons:

The room was cleaned really late, which was inconvenient at times. Music started playing in the hallway each day at 7am. The room had no natural light.

Pros:

The hotel is lovely and up to date, and the rooms are peaceful and roomy. After a day of exploring the city, the bed is quite comfortable and ideal for resting. All of my questions may be answered by the knowledgeable staff. Breakfast was excellent as well; I will most certainly return.

Out of the fray and well taken care of.
Pros:

The Truc Bach area is a great place to stay in Hanoi if you want some peace and don’t need to be in the heart of the tourist zone. Many restaurants, coffee shops and cocktail bars are within walking distance and it is a pleasure to walk along the lake. We had great service (thank you Google translator), a good breakfast and a quiet night’s sleep.

Pros:

Polite staff with great service. Quiet location yet close to cafes and stores and lots of eateries.

Cons:

No breakfast on site. Must order in from another A25 branch or go there. Breakfast is subpar.

Personnel sympa , mais chambre moyenne
Pros:

Personnel adorable et aux petits soins
Par contre pas de fenêtre dans la chambre (et ce n’était pas précisé), seules les chambres côté ville ont une fenêtre, et eau chaude seulement 3 minutes …
Sinon l’emplacement est très bien, dans un petit quartier calme mais vivant , très sympa !
