Perfect hotel for getting around London with a family of 5
Pros:

Great period property which was an old chapel. Great inside and the staff were fantastic. 3minute walk from Whitechapel station no entry road so no noise from cars. Looks at hospital but no noise from ambulance through night. Fantastic choice of coffee and the staff were fantastic with our children. Card access at night making the stay easy to come and go. We arrived early and they had the room ready for us so got in straight away. Really great stay.
Please don’t book expecting 5star hotel though there’s little quirks but you cannot complain at these when the hotel is priced as good as it is compared to others.

Cons:

Nothing thought it was a great stay great room and staff are fantastic.

A great budget spot for staying over in London. Friendly and helpful staff & clean rooms!

We were disappointed with our stay. Our room was on the ground floor/basement level and had no window, making it very dark and uncomfortable. We believe the staff should have informed us before check-in that the room was in the basement, as we would have preferred to choose another option.

Considering the price we paid, we did not feel it offered good value for money. Unfortunately, the dark room, lack of a window, and uncomfortable bed made our stay disappointing, and we would not choose to stay here again.

The bathroom sink was so small, it was difficult to brush your teeth without hitting your head. Note that there is no elevator and no breakfast.

The rooms underneath the roof, without air conditioning, ended up being over 30°C even during the night. Since the windows were so small, we couldn't air them out properly. I've never had such a difficult time sleeping in any hotel.
