Pros:

Charming and good value hotel. Very friendly and accommodating staff and an excellent location - 10 min walk to Whitechapel station which is the direct ELIZABETH LINE to Heathrow airport. 15 -20min walk to Brick Lane/Shoreditch. Would happily stay at this clean and lovely hotel again.🌷

Great stay!
Pros:

I've been in London for about a month, and have stayed in a few different places for the convenience of exploring different parts of town. I stayed here for 2 nights and it was one of the best value for money places I spent time in! The room has space to actually move, unlike most rooms in London at this price range. The host was extremely nice and accommodated all sorts of things! The fridge in my room wasn't working the first night, and so he offered another room or the option to keep things in the reception fridge until it was looked at by maintenance the next morning, gave me a full extra hour for a late-checkout for no extra charge when I asked if I could have a few extra minutes. It's also a great location, very central, extremely close to Brick Lane, Tower Bridge/Tower of London, and right by Whitechapel station.

Cons:

The water pressure in the shower was a little low.

Pros:

Everything was perfect. Cosy and big apartments in a very quietly location. You had all you needed inside from hair dryer to microwaves in case its late and you are a bit hungry 😄

All the personnel was great from the moment we entered until we left, we got an upgraded room by the great Mat. Who also informed us about where we can eat and what to visit faster and nearby the location
