One of the best options in London
Pros:

The building is old but kept neat and clean, and the room was also well prepared and clean..Amazing and very friendly staff, I must add. They offer free fresh coffee, which was great and a plus to have. It's near to the train station as well with direct trains to the ciry centre.

Cons:

The room was a little small for a family with 3 kids, but that's OK.

New hotel with atypical configuration, clean, nice staff, good location and reasonable prices.

The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the size was okay— not very large, but above average for London hotels.

The blinds were too short so the light would enter the room in the early morning, which can be a problem for who wants more darkness to sleep.

Pros:

Thank you for the wonderful accommodation, the accommodating approach, and the always smiling and helpful gentleman at the reception. The room was just like in the pictures—clean and cozy, a bit smaller, but when you want to explore the city, you really don’t need more. The neighborhood was quiet and safe, even with children, perfectly fine at any time of day or night. Once again, thank you for making our stay even more special thanks to your services.

Ne-am simțit foarte bine la Vilenza. E aproape de stațiile mijloacelor de transport. Personalul e de ajutor, discret și tot timpul cu zâmbetul pe buze. Recomandăm!

Poloha.

Cons:

Vybavení koupelny - dojem, že se to rozpadne. Ráno netekla teplá voda. Wifi fungovala omezeně. Úklid probíhal pouze po urgenci. Celkově neustále na chodbě odpadky a věci k úklidu.

Excellent Stay.
Pros:

The hotel was very clean and well-organized . A special thanks to Cigdem, his service was exceptional and she made my stay very comfortable with his helpful and polite attitude . It was a great experience for my one-night stay in London.

Cons:

Everything was good, though a bit more space in the room would have been even better.

Pros:

Стаята беше със всички удобства. Имаше топла вода по всяко време. На 5 минути от спирките на автобусите и метрото. Автобуса от Станстед също спира на 5 минути от хотела. Персонала беше изключително любезен. Безплатно и много вкусно кафе сутрин

Cons:

Бяхме в све преходни стаи за 5 човека и едната стая беше доста хладна. Мивката в банята беше трудна за използване

Amazing stay for the night. You got everything you need at Vilenza.

Water issues, no windows to open - quite a disappointment
Cons:

The windows in our room could not open, they were locked, water leakage in my sister's room in the bathroom, no water in our room in the morning. Hotel staff refused even to partially refund my stay. I am utterly disappointed.
