Ideal accommodation close to the hospital with friendly and understanding staff.
Pros:

The kindness and helpfulness of staff in particular Cigdem who went out of her way to accompany our needs while our daughter was in hospital close by. This is ideal accommodation for the Royal London hospital.
The beds were comfortable and 2 fans were provided to compensate for the extreme hot weather.

Pros:

The location is perfect in a quiet area but a short 3min walk to Whitechapel tube station right next to royal London hospital. Reception staff very friendly. The weather was hot when I stayed but even without AC the room was very comfortable

Clean room, great location
Pros:

The location was brilliant, in a quiet street in Whitechapel - within walking distance of Brick Lane and Shoreditch, and a tube station nearby. I couldn't hear any street noise from my room. The room was extremely clean - probably a bit small for 2 people but I was travelling alone so perfect for me. It had a safe, a wall-mounted fan, a fridge, and a microwave which was handy.

Cons:

You can hear the fridge humming at night - ok if you're a heavy sleeper, but bring earplugs if it's likely to disturb you. And my room was right by the cleaning staff's cupboard, so I could hear a lot of rustling and moving about early in the morning as they sorted out the clean sheets.

Had an awesome weekend in London for the Garth Brooks concert😃
Pros:

Very friendly and welcoming staff. Even though the room was not quite ready due to a lot of check-outs and short staff we were given a free beer while we waited😃👍.
Nice quiet location within a 3 minute walk to the nearest train station (Whitechapel)….. everything we needed for a weekend in London at a very reasonable price……. Very happy and would definitely book again…. A big thank you to all the staff at Vilenza👍

Did the job, pleasant enough.

It did the job for a one night stay just fine. Quiet considering the location. Off the beaten track

Cons:

No breakfast option, and nearby food choices somewhat limited. communal areas a bit tired, felt a bit expensive for what you got, but it is central London. Room layout a bit odd.
