Pretty good for the price
Pros:

It was clean and relatively new, not as beautiful as the pictures but definitely decent. The bathroom was nice and roomy. The staff were absolutely welcoming and lovely, they even sent us a little guide to London and brought us complimentary coffee

Cons:

The room was very small for four people, and the neighborhood wasn’t the best (though the hotel’s very close to a subway station, so still a good location).

The photos on the website don't match the rooms!
Pros:

The staff were very friendly. The location was okay if you want to explore the east side of London. The train station is nearby.

Cons:

The rooms are extremely rundown and do not match the photos on the site at all. The shower runs hot and cold unpredictably. It seems like the hotel has not been maintained in some while. I was travelling with my family, so I would have probably requested new rooms or cancelled my booking, but as we were staying only one night, it was not worth the bother. I would never stay there again.

Lovely friendly staff and a clean and comfy hotel.
Pros:

The hotel was nice and clean. The rooms were spacious and had everything we needed, including a microwave and a fridge which was a lovely little bonus. The bathroom was a nice size with a lovely shower in it and the bed was very comfy. The staff there are amazing. Efe was very accommodating to our needs and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. All of the staff were really lovely.
The hotel is a 10 minute walk, if that, from Whitechapel train station and was easy to find.

Overrall a very good stay.
Pros:

Overall was good , the stuff especially the man I forgot his name from the reception had good vibes. The room was upgraded as well free of charge which I appreciate a-lot.

Cons:

The stairs were a bit cramped however that’s understandable nothing is perfect

Pros:

Excellent location, 5 min walk from Whitechapel. Beautiful historical building, period features, facilities very good, enough space for 2 people. Modern bathroom. Everything clean. Very quiet area. All staff were exceptionally friendly. I was greeted by a very smiley and relaxed Naz. I knew I made the right choice. Excellent value for money too.

Cons:

Couldn't figure out how to open at least the top window for a bit of fresh air, but I was on the ground floor so I'm not sure if it's possible.

Great location, wonderful and helpful staff
Pros:

The staff was very friendly and helpful througout our stay. We only stayed two nights with 5 in a spacious room. The children had a seperate 'room' inside our space, and we had a little fridge and microwave (which we didn't use this time). The master bed was very comfortable, the children had foldout beds which were more than adequate for our short stay.
The only (small) downside (for me personally) was that the room was very warm (it was winter, so not a big issue!!!), and I am adjusted to sleep in a room with no heating. However my husband and children had no issues with this ;)
The bathroom had all the necessities for an easy stay: shower, toilet and wash bassin, including soap and shampoo.
There is no breakfast at the hotel, but there are plenty of places a short walking distance away that offer breakfast. And in the same area, there are plenty of options for lunch and dinner as well.

Cons:

The only (small) downside (for me personally) was that the room was very warm (it was winter, so not a big issue!!!), and I am adjusted to sleep in a room with no heating. However my husband and children had no issues with this ;)

Pros:

A real gem. I've stayed a few times. This old building is in a very quiet spot, but still close to Whitechapel and its E line connection. The staff are always friendly and helpful - Cigdem seems to run the show efficiently, cheerfully and helpfully. Vilenza always seems welcoming.

Cons:

Nasz pokój był straszny. W łazience brud, pod prysznicem jakiś żółty osad na dnie kabiny (nawet nie chcę myśleć od czego). Łóżko zaraz przy oknie właściwie spałam na zasłonie, a nad głową skos. Nie wierzę że zasłony są wymieniane po każdym gościu więc niestety jeśli chodzi o higienę słabo bardzo. Strome i wąskie schody - z walizką nie wiem jakbym weszła.
