Looked good online, was let down in person, not worth discounted price paid. won't stay here again.

Area, was followed back to the hotel in the evening and street is very out the way. Room was dated, damaged tiles in bathroom, clock didn't work, no toilet rolls replacements, carpets throughout building were tatty, floorboards very creaky throughout

Warm welcome to the East end
Pros:

Convienent location for University open day. Since we arrived after 9pm we were able to park our car outside the hotel. Our room had a fridge and microwave in it, which wasn’t needed for our one night stay, but would be a welcome addition if you were staying longer.

It was there and it worked. Thats it.
Pros:

It was open. Ok clean. Had a night sleep.

Cons:

I was out running in the morning. Came back. Was closed. My door key didn’t work but the receptionist had gone somewhere. Very small room. Really basic facilities. TV didn’t work properly. The neighborhood is bohring and ugly. But felt Safe enough.

V good location

Cons:

Staff were unfriendly and insisted on qr code check in. Even though the code struggled with credit cards. Room had broken electrical fittings, and was a big dusty and random. Bed wasn’t comfortable

Arrived mid evening, street is quiet, saw urban foxes which was great, overall it’s cheap clean and the beds not bad apa

You can leave ur bag and collect later.

Cons:

No breakfast option,
Someone knocked and ran twice (I was staying alone, this concerned me as no one was there)
Cracked tiles fixed with silicon, mould on headboard, shower head wouldn’t stay upright
Basement room loads of reed diffusers to mast damp smell
Rooms look nice on pictures but reality is it is basic but clean
Area surrounding is quite run down and no places to sit n have coffee or breakfast
