El personal fue super amable y el hotel está muy cerquita del metro, lo que te deja moverte muy fácil por la ciudad. Si quieres un sitio amplio, cómodo y sin pagar un riñón es perfecto.

Cons:

La presión del agua de la ducha en el 4o piso no era de las mejores y por lo que vimos si estás varios días no te hacen la habitación a diario. Pero nada que no nos hiciera volver.

Quiet and homely.
Pros:

I loved the spacious room, coffee machine, fridge, microwave, tv, comfortable bed and modern hot shower.
The hotel is so close to Whitechapel station, a huge Sainsbury's and many high street shops boasting many international cuisines.
Cigdem at reception got me the best deal for my second night and generously extended my check out time. It's wonderful to walk into a hotel with such genuine caring assistance. I highly recommend Vilenza.

Good prices. Good, cosy place. Also I’d say good location too and friendly and helpful manager, Cigdem.
Pros:

It’s always our go to when it comes to stay somewhere overnight in London. The staff is very friendly, especially Cigdem, the manager, who guided us through everything and made the check-in process easy peasy. Every room here is very, very cosy. Good lighting, always good temperature no matter the season and really good prices for what you’re being offered, honestly. :)

A charming little hotel that has everything a traveler could need! The manager is incredibly kind, welcoming, and always smiling. The rooms are clean, spacious, and comfortable. The area is very quiet, yet conveniently located close to the metro station, with plenty of restaurants nearby. Everything was perfect, and we truly enjoyed our stay. Pros:

Room was nice as per the pictures. Staff was exceptionally very friendly and nice and took care of all our needs. Good value for money and just 20 mins from center via public transport
