The lobby was pretty and the bar staff was very nice.
1. Size of room - if I had realized it was a pod hotel I would not have made reservation. Size of room and bathroom were by far the smallest I have ever been to and I travel to New York and Europe quite a bit.
2. A/C could not control it enough and often there was no air circulating in the room
3. Lack of human (staff) contact. The bar staff was great every where else it was nice non-existent.
4. Restaurant is not really a restaurant, it is a bar with a limited menu and no table service.
5. Staff was vacuuming lobby at 10pm on Saturday night when the lobby and bar were full of people. Usually this is done much later.

Location.
Room was smaller than cabin on a cruise ship. Bed was wall to wall with no way to get out without climbing over the other person in the bed. Shower and toilet were in a plastic pod. No privacy when using the toilet. Everything in room was operated using a mini iPad. Unable to operate lights independently. $300 a night, way overpriced.

Hotel messo in buona posizione. La hall molto grande carina e accogliente.
Stanza troppo piccola per 2 persone. Il letto matrimoniale era incastrato in tre pareti con un'unica discesa laterale. La persona che dormiva in fondo non poteva scendere senza disturbare. Non c'era posto per poggiare niente. Il bagno è simil cabina di nave. Gestione tecnologica con Tablet per la domotica un po' farraginosa ma non c'era una presa usb.
Stanza Molto rumorosa la mattina presto per il ritiro della spazzatura Procedura Self check in obbligatoria complicata anche se con assistenza.
The esthetic of the hotel and location
The A/C wasn't blowing. Stagnant airflow. I spoke to the staff and they mentioned having an issue before. They reset something but still nothing. Got terrible sleep the entire stay without being able to open a window. I spoke to the front desk a second time and they said they would look into it and bring me a fan until then. Neither happened
The breakfast was fine, but the menu should have changed from day to day to include hot options other than eggs, sausage and potatoes and bacon.
Should have included waffles and our pancakes.
Location was good, room was satisfactorily clean, moderately comfortable bed.
I’d describe it as bare necessities; 1 towel each, 1 facecloth … I have to assume for both of us and a box of tissues.
