BEAUTIFUL amenities and room. The staff were INCREDIBLE, ESPECIALLY Jen! She was so funny, warm and welcoming! Just such a delight to have at the establishment and see daily!
The temp control in our room didn’t work, so it was kind of hot and the tv stop properly working around the second day..so that was a bit of a hassle.

Modern, fun style, great lounging areas in the lobby. Clean bedroom, comfortable bed. Had a good sized fridge but no microwave. Cool features in room, such as colorful lighting. Has breakfast for a fee, good continental style but I had it 1 day just because it was easy. Walking distance to the space needle and lots of shopping.

Nothing, everything was amazing
I loved the vibe, the concept/layout of the hotel and rooms, as well as the service. The beds were super comfy, and the staff all around were so kind, especially at the bar! food and drinks were so delicious! I also really loved that they allow you to leave your luggage in a locker with luggage tags so that you can enjoy your last day exploring in Seattle.
The only thing I would say is that our room had some areas of the floor that creak or squeak. That’s only thing that is bringing this rate to a 9/10. Other than that this would’ve definitely be 10/10. If we ever go back to Seattle, we are definitely choosing this place again.

que no hay una comunicación directa antes de llegar al hotel, es totalmente implosible havlar con el hotel directamente antes de llegar hacer el check in, el tel de las paginas n o sirve y el correo que me dieron en inf general n o fue contestado, el wasap no sirvio, en ese orden me toco llegar si poder confirmar nada y a ciegas y poder preveer ningun inconveniente.
Everything!!! Nice location, the breakfast was good, the room was clean and the lighting was nice and we could change the color or dim the lights. The bed was comfortable as well. The staff was so nice and helpful.
I wish the water in the shower was hotter then it was but other then that everything was good

location is good. Hotel looks like new and facility was good. Room size is ok.
Some of staffs were not professional. We had just double checked with them for parking lot. They gave us partial wrong information when we showed the pictures where we parked. When we picked up car, I found m a warning paper which put our car’s window.
