楽しい時間でした。
Pros:

朝食は沢山選べて良かったです。食べる所、寝る所も清潔感があって気持ち良かったです。

Cons:

TVのリモコンが（電池切れ）なのか操作しにくくスタッフにしてもらった。
ユウチューブを個人情報入力しなくても気軽に見れるようにして欲しい。

初めてなので、このホテルのことを知らなかった。社会に貢献していること、子供にやさしいなどがわかったので次回も機会があれば宿泊したい

まず、ホテルに入ってからのスタッフさんがとても温かく出迎えてくださり、気さくで営業的な関わりは一切ない対応でホッとしたのを覚えています。雨がひどかったこともあり、スーツケースも濡れてしまっていましたがフロントにタオルが用意してくれてありとてもありがたかったです。お部屋も清潔感がありシンプルですが過ごしやすかったです。なにより、ロビーが可愛くて、紅茶や珈琲、お菓子も用意してくださってあり、24時間過ごすことも出来てとてもありがたかったです。娘の受験で利用させて頂いたのですが、部屋で娘が勉強している時間、どこで過ごそうか考えていたのですが広い温かみのあるロビーで、携帯の充電も出来、そこでゆっくり時間を潰すことも出来ました。朝ごはんも種類もたくさんあり美味しかったです。チェックアウトの後もしばらくスーツケースや荷物を預かって頂ける場所もあり本当に過ごしやすくて便利なHOTELでした。なによりスタッフさんの心遣いや対応がとても良かったのでまた泊まりたいです。
