Clean and good value.
Pros:

Check in was quick via self service at the kiosks. The night gown that you collect at the lobby was really comfortable. They provided 2 sets of fresh towels and toothbrushes the next day even though you indicate do not disturb. The room was clean and well ventilated. Air conditioning was stable with no smoke smell.

Cons:

They only provide one pillow which was quite flat but generally the bed and duvet was comfortable.

Wonderful stay
Pros:

Excellent location,1 min walk to supermarket, 3 mins walk to port liner, bus stop, Surrounded by lots of great restaurants. Spacious room for our family of four. Quiet room and comfortable bed.

Very comfortable stay with nice access to surrounding attractions
Pros:

Location was great, located near 2 shopping malls and a lot of good food. There is also a drug store and convenience store nearby. Both the bus terminal (for busses to Awaji Island) and the train station are also surprisingly nearby. Also a relatively short walk away from the Kobe Motomachi Shopping Street which has lots of things to shop around for. Rooms were also spacious for 2 travelers with large suitcases.

Cons:

Has a Pachinko place located next door, but they are closed during the night so it was okay. Just something to take note of, not a deal breaker.
