Disappointing stay
Pros:

I wanted to love this place because the pool was really nice but that's where my satisfaction ends. The housekeeper did clean the room when I asked and seemed pleasant. She's the only one I encountered during my state it seemed pleasant.

Cons:

The rooms were very musty, with a moldy smell coming from the AC. They're also very dark and my bed squeaked every time I moved. Not even a subtle squeak but a loud annoying squeak. The staff was not very helpful and a little rude. There are homeless people throughout the two properties that are shared. There was a strong smell of marijuana on our floor one night that I didn't even inform the staff of because they never seem to care when things are pointed out to them. Their breakfast ends at 9:00 so I didn't even get to take advantage of that because who wants to wake up before 9:00 on vacation. I feel this hotel doesn't cater to people that want to lay back and relax on vacation. Hospitality was definitely lacking. I am not sure how the ratings are so high unless they are intentionality leaving out bad reviews.

The facilities and rooms were very clean and comfortable. Checkin was easy and they made sure we had access to the free wifi. The free breakfast was delicious!
