Convenient location next to restaurants
Pros:

Clean for the most part , the rooms were decent. I went down for breakfast which is included with the stay I enjoyed the selection, I just was turned off when I saw a roach, while I was eating

Cons:

Besides seeing the roach, the staff the overnight guy had a terrible attitude, I came to Florida for a medical procedure, when I returned to my room my keys wouldn’t work so went downstairs to replace them I went back upstairs and the keys still didn’t work I was so exhausted w couldn’t go up in down the elevator again so I called the front desk a nice lady came up to help me and still her keys couldn’t open the door then the guy came up with the master key and told me the deadbolt was on, it wasn’t so he kept trying then finally 30 minutes later they opened the door, I sat in the hall 30 minutes waiting for them to open the door right after a medical procedure, not to mention I’m in my early stages of pregnancy, when I asked if I could check out late because of the inconvenience the guy gave me an attitude like it wasn’t my fault I couldn’t get in the room , so after that I didn’t feel comfortable to stay and I left,

Clean room. Nice bed. Incredible water pressure in shower.

Cons:

I texted the property before we went.I asked if we could use the pool if we arrived early. They texted yes. When we arrived, a lady w no nametag said we could not use the pool before checkin because we needec a key. She was very unfriendly. So we had to rearrange our day which I was not happy about. . When we went back to check in, the young man at the desk said no key is required for the pool! Also the free breakfast was lame. The sign you can see from the street has a different hotel name! We had to go inside to ask if we were at the right place.
