호텔이란 명칭이 안 맞는 업소인것 같고, 모텔 급이라고 소개해 주세요

1. 화장실이 방과 분리되어 현관까지 나가야 하는 점이 매우 불편, 또한 화장실 안에 비치된 휴지걸이의 위치가 등 뒤에 있어 용변을 볼 때 휴지를 꺼내 쓰는 자세가 매우 비좁고 불편함, 이에 더해 기본으로 제공되는 비누 역시 너무 작아 조금 더 커질 필요가 있음.

2. 처음 방에 들어올 때 방 바닥과 침구류에 습기가 차 있었음, 방에 습기를 제거하기까지 에어칸을 아주 낮은 온도로 몇 시간을 틀어야 했음.

3. 방에 있는 간이 침대를 올라갈 수 있는 최소한의 장치도 마련되어 있지 않아서 의자를 밟고 올라가던지 침대를 밟고 올라가는 번거로움이 있어 매우 당황함.

4. 강릉 바다와 같이 해가 빨리 뜨는 장소에, 더군다나 여름이라 해가 더 빨리 뜨는데 커튼이 암막 커튼이 아닌 일반 커튼이어서 새벽부터 밝은 햇빛이 들어와 잠을 설쳤음.

5. 호텔 사이트에 올라온 사진은 조작이 되어 있음, 실제로 호텔은 바닷가 바로 앞이 아니라 숲을 지나가야 하는데 사진에서는 호텔이 거의 바다 코 앞인 듯 보이고 바다 방향의 모든 객실이 오션뷰인듯 보이나 실상은 높은 나무에 가려 거의 보이지 않음, 게다가 방 내의 창문으로 보이는 바깥 광경도 조작된 것에 불과하고 이는 손님을 속이는 것임.

Slight musty smell in room that dispels after using air conditioning. Only light is bright overhead fixtures, no table lamps for more soft, discreet lighting.

The pictures show a space with air conditionor but when we got there, we didn’t have one in the room.
The sea view isn’t the typical sea view. You see more of the forest rather than the sea. The bathroom water pressure was poor and showers were not the best. The cleaning service was very basic and they didn’t thoroughly clean the bathroom. They didn’t replace towels. And there is a no smoking sign however guests would smoke and you could smell it in the mornings, mostly in the corridors and the bathroom. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone after my experience there. They couldn’t even offer us an iron. I don’t think it was value for money!

I had already paid through the app, but due to a mistake by the host, there was a discrepancy in the amount, and I had to make an additional payment on-site, which was quite disappointing
