친절한 직원, 공사 소음 대처 부족
Pros:

4박5일 출장으로 광명역 주변에 호텔 두개 중 저렴한편인 라까사를 고르게 되었는데요 위치가 역에서 멀지 않아서 선택하게 되었습니다. 와이파이도 방마다 되고 객실도 깨끗한 편이었습니다. 그리고 일정 전후로 케리어를 맡기게 되었는데 직원이 친절했습니다. 이후에도 문제가 생겨서 문의 드릴때도 친절하게 응대하는 점은 좋았습니다. 그 이외에 복도에서 만나는 직원분들도 친절해서 직원분들 부분은 꽤 만족했습니다.

Cons:

아쉬운게 어쩔수 없이 발생한게 몇건. 그리거 조금 이해 안되고 불만족스러운 것도 몇건 있습니다.

1. 와이파이 및 인터넷 오류 : 첫날 저녁부터 다음날까지 인터넷이 안되는 문제가 있었습니다. 티비 셋텁도 작동을 안해서 결국 둘째날 아침에 요청을 하고 나가서 돌아오니 복구가 되있기는 했지만 조금 불만족 스러운 부분이었습니다.

2. 호텔 내외부 소음 : 주변에 건물 철거로 아침부터 소리가 꽤 나더라고요. 물론 이건 어쩔수 없는 부분이니 이해합니다. 윗층 숙소에서 간간히 책상이나 의자를 끄는지 발생하는 소음도 아쉽지만 어쩔 수 없는 영역이니 이해하고 넘어가겠습니다.

3. 화장실 /샤워실 : 우건 부킹닷컴에서 제대로 된 사진이 없어서 가서 확인하게 되었습니다. 그런데 우선 화장실 문이 미닫이로 되어있었는데 닫아도 천천히 열리고 굘국 끝까지 충격을 줘야 고정이 되었습니다. 그리고 샤워실은 물이 잘 안빠져서 불편해ㅛ고요. 샤워시설 수압도 조금 약해서 만족스럽지 못했습니다.

4. 호텔 이용 중 복도 공사로 인한 소음 : 가장 이해가 안되는 부분인데 마지막날 아침에 발생했습니다. 오전 7시 조금넘어서 복도에서 소음이 발생하더라고요. 체크아웃하는 고객인줄 알았는데 계속 시끄러워서 확인해보니 작업하시는 인부분들이더라고요. 전날 일정이 늦게 끝나 아침에 잠을 더 길게 자려던 계획이 완전히 무너졌습니다. 나중에 체크아웃할때 나와보니 복도 전체 페인트 작업중이더군요. 닿지 읺게 조심하라는 주의를 들으면서 퇴실했습니다. 이 작업 일정이 갑자기 잡힌게 아닐텐데 고객이 쉬는 체크아웃 이전 시간에 이렇게 요란하게 하는 점이 이해가 가지 않습니다. 이런 일정이 있으면 사전에 객실을 다른곳에 배정하던가 아니면 전날에 숙소 이동 요청이라도 했으면 분명히 협조 했을텐데 말이죠. 조금 이해가 가지 않는 일처리였습니다.

이 마지막 경험 덕분에 만약에 다시 이런 일정으로 오게 된다면 다른 대안을 더 선호하게 될거 같습니다.

광명역 주변 깔끔하고 좋은 호텔이었습니다
Pros:

깔끔한 비지니스 호텔이었습니다. 룸 컨디션 좋았고요 소음없었고 짐도 있던데 가지는 않았어요 광명역 근처에서 이런 깔끔한 곳은 생각지 못했는데 좋은 곳이었어요. 근처에 밥 먹을 곳도 많았어요

Pros:

郊區了些, 離首爾市區有一段路, 塞車約要1個多小時, 搭火車反而會快些. 飯店整體好, 但因浴室門是霧面玻璃, 會有點不方便. 早餐很豐盛, 可以考慮嘗試. 附近有不少商店餐廳, 生活機能算很方便. 能寄放行李.
