My stay was good
Pros:

Good customer service, Good location for me - proximity to work.

Cons:

The room itself was comfortable and met my expectations. However, the bathroom had an unpleasant odour that was noticeable throughout my stay. The staff did their best to mask the smell, and I appreciate their efforts, but a more permanent solution is needed to address the underlying issue. I hope this is an isolated problem and not something affecting other rooms. If I were to book with OYO again in the future, I would prefer a different room unless I was assured that the issue had been resolved. Apart from this concern, everything else was excellent, and I had an otherwise positive experience.

Pros:

We were greeted by a lady in lilo and stitch pjs. I have never gone to a place where the employee wears pjs in the middle of the afternoon.
Room was tiny though there was a fan it was so hot in the room. No towels for a shower and broken plugs on the wall. The place did not smell nice at all there was a stagnent smell lingering through. Only hood thing was location and parking

No hot water!
Pros:

The location was good with parking and the bed was comfy. Great access with the security code door handles.

Cons:

The shower had no hot water, I could of asked them to have a look at it and they prob would of sorted it but I couldn't be bothered it was late. The Bathroom was a bit grubby and I could hear the TVs of both rooms next to me.
