Cons:

We got in relatively late and pulled the covers down to urine stained sheets. We ended up sleeping on top of the bed over a blanket of ours until morning when we nicely requested new sheets for the room. It still took them 9 hours to get in and swap them for clean sheets. I understand mishaps happen, but they didn’t seem too bothered or sorry about it.

Never again! The worst hotel I have ever stayed as a world traveler!

Maybe the view outside at the patio which is still not even what it looks like in the photo

Everything. Nothing was clean thanks god I got my own sheets. I understand we are on a pet friendly hotel but you van leave someone’s else dog poop on the carpet and couch. We went first on a room 137 and the AC was so loud you couldn’t even talk, we went and ask to get another room and the receptionist( couldn’t get his name but long hair, bun at the top of his head , glasses) so unprofessional did not even know the 101 of customer service. Remind you this was at 12 pm at night where you are all tired from 7 hour of road trip. The shower omg it made an sound to a metal thing they had on the shower floor and shower head was rusty.
Cannot even think of that breakfast, never in my life i have seen that type of breakfast, first day was strawberries from days before you could even see them . Second day was unwashed grapes. Breakfast had one eggs bacon or hash brown bagel or bread and thats it , then you had 4 types of cereals. Frequent travel all over the world but like this hotel i have not seen it even on the ones i have paid half of the price i paid here.
The arrogance of that receptionist i will never forget
Outside area most of the chairs destroyed. The pool area completely out of order.
Not sure how can they be a HYATT!

Threw out facility trash cans were full & lots of pet hair in the couches in my room unfortunately i didn’t sit in them i develop rash with pet hair didn’t enjoy that
