La atención del personal es EXCELENTE... atentos, amables y eficientes. habitaciones minimalistas y con espacios bien aprovechados.

Cons:

La regadera necesita reparación, el agua sale por todos lados. Un muro tenía residuos orgánicos. Considero que si la habitación cuenta con barra y fregadero, hace falta un dispositivo para alimentos (minibar, horno, etc).

Convenientemente cerca, pero NO cuenta con servicios de atención adecuados de un hotel.
Pros:

La cercanía con la ubicación de mis actividades en puebla. conveniente!

Cons:

1. El acceso al lobby, que un guardia te tenga que dar acceso al lobby y no estaba disponible el policiía
2. el horario acotado para realizar el check in, no despues de las 8 pm
3. El servicio de atención por la noche, MUY deficiente, sin resolver las peticiones y cero actitud de servicio
4. NO cuentan con calefacción y no cuentan con suficientes cobijas para resolver el problema
5. Personal de la noche, NO tiene capacitación suficiente para resolver temas básicos como el confirmar si se cuenta o no con una calefacción y con ofrecer soluciones, se limita a contestar que el personal de mantenimiento ya NO está disponible.
