Pros:

El personal es muy amable, eso no hay duda, el desayuno no es malo, tampoco nada del.otro mundo .
Muy buena ubicación y la habitación es muy amplia

Cons:

La limpieza, horrible me salio un animal en la cama en las sábanas y al revisar encontré cabellos que obvio no eran míos en el cubrecolchon hasta bellos púbicos pedí me cambiaran sábanas y el edredón que trajeron tambien estaba sucio mancha de labios.
Tiene otros detalles descuidados como el zoclo todo despegado

No hubo agua caliente, el control de la TV no tenia pilas en buen estado, la habitacion luce descuidada en muchos aspectos y no hay indicaciones claras sobre donde estacionarse

Muy buena opción en el área de Angelópolis
Pros:

Muy bonito y cómodo, me sorprendió la comodidad y limpieza de las habitaciones.

Cons:

Fue un poco difícil encontrarlo porque llegamos de noche, pero llamamos por teléfono y nos dieron las indicaciones

PESIMO EL SERVICIO Y MANTENIMIENTO

Me gusta mucho la ubicacion y que es un lugar sin ruido en general , las habitaciones amplias y que tiene desayuno incluido

Cons:

Es la segunda vez que no me dan tarjeta para acceso a los elevadores y el argumento es que están llenos, deben tener 1 tarjeta para cada habitación y en segundo lugar me dieron una habitacion con una pared de cristal rota pegada con cinta adhesiva lo cual es super peligroso, no pueden rentar una habitacion con cero seguridad para quien se queda en esa habitacion , el cristal esta en frente de la cama a escaso medio metro, es una lastima, además las alfombras están sucias llenas de polvo , no hay jabón líquido en la regadera tienen el envase vacío, no vuelvo a quedarme aquí
DEBEN CONSIDERAR QUITAR ESTE HOTEL DE BOOKING PORQUE NO CUMPLE CON LOS STANDARES DE SEGURIDAD HIGIENE Y MANTENIMIENTO

5. No hay tarjetas para acceso al estacionamiento según argumento porque están llenos, deberían tener una tarjeta de acceso para todas las habitaciones, es la segunda vez que pasa esto.
4. Me rentaron una habitacion con el crista todo roto de techo a piso junto a la cama y pegado con cinta adhesiva transparente. El gerente me argumenta que es vidrio templado y que no se cae
Primero me dijo que me reembolsaria la noche y cuando hice CHECK OUT cambió su respuesta y siempre no haria el reembolso y que lo viera con BOOKING.COM
