Not many carts I had to make 3 trips to the car and then I had to park in the deck and the walk back to the hotel need golf carts to accommodate the people for Hotel stay and omg the elevator in the deck need to be checked at all times cause I went to get the car cause. I Parked on the 3 floor it was nasty somebody BM and urine on the floor

Not Enough Superlatives in the World

I have stayed at this hotel countless times, and it always exceeds my expectations in terms of cleanliness, customer service, and every other metric. However, the experience that my husband and I had earlier this week was beyond superb. Our schedules have been quite busy, so we decided to go to North Augusta for a quick jaunt. We did not have reservations and requested an early check-in. Before leaving to walk along the riverside and visit our favorite haunts in Hammonds Ferry, we were told that they would notify us as soon as a room was available. We walked down to the pavilion where we had gotten married, reminiscing about how, over the years, we had literally fallen in love just exploring the natural beauty, culinary offerings, and quiet and electric moments both inside and within the vicinity of the hotel. When we returned, the staff at the front desk demonstrated their trademark professionalism and warmth. When a young lady asked if we had stayed there previously, we indicated that we stayed there quite frequently but hadn't been there within the past six months. We explained that the hotel had played a central role in our courtship, with me residing in Atlanta and my husband being based in Sumter. The gentleman at the desk smiled, saying, "We are your half-way point." Later, my husband and I were relaxing in our room when there was a knock at the door. An employee presented him with a beautiful gift basket with a card that read, "WELCOME BACK TO THE CROWNE, THE PLACE WHERE LOVE MEETS." Just as we have been impressed with everything we have experienced during our countless stays, we were very touched by this thoughtful gesture. The hotel and its staff are top-notch. Everyone I know who has stayed there concurs.

Ужасное и ношение к клиентам , я брала номер с завтраком, но завтрак мы так и не получили, был завтрак по меню , ок мы заказали , ждали его час , хотя я сказала мы очень спешим , мы были одни в зале на завтраке . На нас никто не реагировал, вообще мы ушли без завтрака с испорченным настроением. Вообще не рекомендую этот отель .

Great experience!!
Pros:

I had a recent experience of needing to get rooms changed out after purchasing with a 3rd party online who wouldn’t let me cancel with refund or change rooms. I went in to the Crowne Plaza and Ansley D helped me. She was phenomenal and was able to call the 3rd party company, get my refund for the cancellation and get me booked with the room I needed. She was so nice and helpful! I’m so thankful for her and this fantastic experience.
