Overall an OK accommodation but won't be my choice for future trips to Canberra
Pros:

The location is in the heart of Canberra, close to all amenities, shops, food etc

Cons:

The room was damp, smelly and dark. Windows could not be opened. I found the front desk to be unhelpful. I asked for slippers but they said they don't have. For the brand and price point I expected the basics to be available in the room. I frequently travel to Canberra and there are much better options around.

Not impressed. Won’t be back again
Cons:

There was no available parking and wasn’t offered on booking so had to park a block away and walk in the rain. Once we got into the room it smelt. Smelt like wet dog. Bed was 2 singles moved together so made sleeping uncomfortable for the two of us.

I look forward to returning
Pros:

Seamless registration, the studio apartment was perfect for me. I was close to shops, public transport, it was a good pleasant walk to where I was working, and I felt safe. A bedlamp that needed a replacement globe was seen to quickly.

Cons:

My fridge was constantly iced up - so food tended to freeze solid. But I really appreciated having a working kitchette.
