Breakfast girls and reception lady were very nice and helpful

Clean room. Staff were very accomodating. They served our Breakfast early upon our request because of the early flight.

The experience is comfortable, relaxing, and enjoyable.

Pool was excellent... probably the best thing about the property.

Pros:
The staff was super friendly and very helpful.
Breakfast was really good and with lots of variety.
The rooms were very spacious and had a big fridge and also a water station. TVs also had Netflix.
Food at the restaurant is delicious.

Cons:
You have to request the hotel to come clean the room, which they always do immediately, but doesn't happen by default.
We didn't like the bathroom: the faucet on both the shower and the sink are full of limescale and the toilet seat feels very cheap. There isn't liquid soap either.

The Hotel Retreat Siargao Resort is an excellent location for all the people who wanted to visit Siargao. Jason Ha and the wife Reni is an excellent host. They will provide you with a bottle of red wine and a 7 course dinner on your first day in Siargao. The location is about 30 minutes from cloud 9 and from the Corgi Isla. Thank you Jason & Reni and it is well appreciated.

All the staff were amazing. The rooms were immaculate. The dining experience was perfect and the food was delicious. The pool was perfect. The scenery around the hotel was wonderful. The grounds were kept up. The owner even checked on us occasionally. We can’t wait to come back.

The staff and room were amazing, topped off hy the amazing views. I personally am not a hige fan of korean food, so i was not able to order much from the restaurant menu during my stay. However that does not take away from the amazing view and very accommodating wait staff.

Pool was very nice! Room and facilities very outdated. Food was terrible!! Ordered eggs Benedict and got poached egg on rock hard toast smothered in mayonnaise. Very overpriced for conditions of property. Didn’t even have bartender for mixed drinks… so shots only. Dining area was nice but food wasn’t edible.

I enjoyed everything about it especially the staff, they were nothing but nice and attentive. I think this place made me fall in love with Sairgao, it was away from all the tourist spots and the scooter rental was done on site! I miss it already. Shot out to Aya (and the front desk Gentleman)! Their kindness and service was amazing!

We wanted a restful, quiet place to re-charge and we found the perfect place! Only 4 of 16 units were occupied and we saw the other vacationers only once! Even our gracious host and resort owner confirmed it himself - 'Pretend like you own the place' - he said! The lush gardens, the beach, the ocean, the pool, the spacious eating area/restaurant, and even the sunrise and sunset - they all seemed at our exclusive beck and call! Thank you to the owners and the staff at Retreat Siargao Resort for making our first trip to Siargao truly memorable. We will be back and take more friends along with us when we do!

Even though the property has its share of being ran down over the years, it was clean and comfortable enough, with nice pool and strong water pressure for showering. The staff were extremely nice and accommodating. The owners (Jason & wife) were courteous and friendly, as they introduced themselves and gave us a background on how their resort business started. Remember, you will not be in a five star hotel, but you should just make the best of it. I still recommend this place for adventurers.

Nothing to do there but swim in the pool. No entertainment, no music at night.

きにならなかったが 町から離れており、
周辺には レストランも何も無い。
喫煙ポリシーが厳しく 唯一ある喫煙場所はスタッフの洗濯物が干してある二階へ16段の階段を登る必要がある。スタッフトイレの前にあり 灰皿はタバコでいっぱいでで掃除してない。
