Otele girişten çıkışa kadar her şey olumluydu, gerek Cengiz beye gerek Eyüp beye dostane tavırlarından dolayı çok teşekkür ediyoruz. Gaziantepteki evimiz gibiydi. Otelle ilgili tek eleştirim konaklama fiyatı daha düşük olmalı.(fiyat/performans) Onun haricinde her şey çok güzeldi.

The hotel's location is good, with the city center and various attractions within easy reach. However, the room I stayed in is in dire need of renovation. The mattresses are completely sagging, causing me to wake up with back pain. Furthermore, the shower door is missing, leaving the entire bathroom wet after showering.

The Wi-Fi isn't working well. The connection keeps dropping out, even though the room is located right next to reception. My booking stated that parking was free. Upon arrival, a staff member pointed me to several parking spaces. After parking, I discovered as I was leaving that the parking attendant demanded payment because they didn't have a partnership with the hotel. When I reported this to reception, they confirmed it, even though they had directed me to the parking spot themselves.

Due to the poor service and lack of comfort, I cannot recommend this hotel.

Harika bir deneyimdi. Banyosu korkunç. Hem kokuyor hem zemin yosunlaşmış. Atık borusu dışarıda! Gider deliği çukur şeklindeydi. İki kez düştüm. Yastikta saçlar vardi. Hadi gözden kaçmiştir diyip tersini çevirdim, nevresimde de kıllar vardi. Saygilar.

Die Unterkunft bietet eine gute Lage, sehr schön eingerichtete Zimmer. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und hilfreich.
Vielen Dank an das Personal.

Herşey özenle düşünülmüş çok güzeldi

Hizmet çok iyi, hoş bir atmosfer ve kendinizi evinizde hissediyorsunuz.

Burada ikinci kez konaklayışım. İnanılmaz misafirperver ve sıcakkanlı bir sahipleri var. Konum olarak birçok konaklama yerine kıyasla daha güvenli ve gezilecek yerlere yakınlık olarakta çok iyi. Antep'te konaklayacaksak tek tercihimiz burası oluyor. Herşey için Cengiz Bey'e çok teşekkür ederiz. Bir sonra ki seyahatimiz de görüşmek üzere ☺️

This was our first stay at Aynur Hanim Konagi and it was absolutely perfect! The staff are all so welcoming and helpful. I really enjoyed talking to them and spending time at the hotel. I look forward tn coming back soon! Teşekkürler arkadaşlar.

Very nice and quiet spot to stay

Séjour très agréable: chambre confortable; Cengiz et sa famille sont très accueillants et de bons conseils.

Our room was not clean. Bathroom walls covered with mold. Towel was torn with holes in it! Folded bed was stored in the room.
Far from being acceptable as a “boutique”. Owner was nice but the facility itself is in a bad condition. Massive construction across the street made our morning very noisy.
We meant to stay two nights but left after one night. Very disappointing experience.
