Превосходный отель. Дизайн и звезда Мишлен вполне заслуженны. Идеально все - белье, комфорт в номерах, бассейн, спа, завтрак. Придраться почти не к чему. Если останавливаться в центре, то именно в нем. Очень тихо. Приватная атмосфера. Качественное и внимательное обслуживание везде. Все супер. Так держать!

Struttura elegante e curata a poca distanza delle Petronas Twin Towers e dal centro commerciale Pavillon. Splendida la piscina al sesto piano. Ampie le camere. Ricca e curata la colazione. Lo consiglio vivamente.

Had a lovely weekend stay with my family at RuMa. The kids had a great time, especially enjoying the pool, while the brunch was absolutely excellent. Nothing beats relaxing with a beer after a nice dip in the pool! Overall, it was a very pleasant stay and I’d definitely recommend The RuMa to anyone looking for a relaxing family getaway.

Really crisp positive experience with excellent staff and service. Although fairly big in absolute terms, the common areas didn’t feel vast and with a stylish muted colour scheme made for a cozy but upmarket vibe. Our room was large for a city centre hotel and well appointed. Good food at the ATAS restaurant as well as room service. Overall very enjoyable.

Overall, the hotel provided an average stay experience. The check-in process was smooth, and the welcome from the staff was pleasant and professional.

The room was reasonably comfortable, although the cleanliness of the floor could have been improved as it did not appear to be thoroughly cleaned. The amenities provided were adequate but fairly basic and nothing particularly outstanding.

Breakfast was one of the weaker aspects of the stay. The dining area was overcrowded, with long queues during peak hours. The breakfast space did not seem large enough to accommodate the number of guests staying at the hotel. While there was a reasonable selection of food, the quality and taste were only average.

The hotel had an outdoor swimming pool, but unfortunately it was raining during our stay, so we were unable to make use of the facilities. In addition, the open bar located next to the pool was being used to cater for wedding guests, which limited the atmosphere and appeal of the leisure area for hotel guests.

Overall, the hotel has some positive points, particularly the friendly welcome and efficient check-in process, but improvements in room cleanliness, breakfast arrangements, and guest facility management would enhance the overall experience.

Calm and elegant. Room was quiet with a very comfortable bed. Black out blinds were a welcome addition. Staff were excellent. Only minor limitation is the city centre location which means taxi required to most destinations. Would stay again.

The hotel is located near both KLCC and Pavilion. The staff is courteous and goes the extra mile in providing excellent service.

Great location and wonderful rooms which were large and extremely confortable. Staff were fabulous and the amenities and pool were wonderful.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything was excellent: the friendly staff, the high level of service, the beautiful and spacious rooms, and the delicious breakfast. Highly recommended!

The room was very cosy and relaxing. We also enjoyed the 4 courses dinner and breakfast, especially the many egg selections available.
