Fab hotel!
Pros:

Excellent hotel. Well situated. Great staff. Lovely rooms which were well equipped. Breakfast had so many lovely choices. Spa was amazing and the pool. Can’t fault it. Highly recommend.

Well situated, lovely hotel.
Pros:

Well situated. Lovely staff. Excellent breakfast choice. Lovely pool and the spa was great. The room was spacious and had everything. Perfect.

Cons:

The bar area is a bit gloomy and uninviting but the area next to it is lovely. Think it’s used for afternoon tea.

If you want to stay somewhere special, look no further than the RuMa Hotel and Residences.
Pros:

The whole ambience of the property was so welcoming. The attention to detail was first class. Well placed in the city centre to be within walking distance to explore the wonderful sights of Kuala Lumpur.
The rooms were very comfortable and we slept well. Pillow choices were given…lovely touch.
There were great amenities throughout the hotel.
The food was excellent with plenty of choice. Amazing breakfast.
The thing that most impressed us was the attention and attitude of each and every one of the staff. They were so welcoming and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble and it was so refreshing to experience this kind of service.
The only thing I regret is we couldn’t stay longer!

Cons:

There wasn’t anything I could fault.

L'emplacement, l'endroit est joli.

Cons:

Tout le reste... Très mauvais rapport qualité-prix. Mauvais traitement, très bruyant, piscine pas tranquille, fausses informations, pas de coin fumeur, ils obligent les clients à fumer dans la rue, même en maillot de bain. Cela n'est pas un 5 étoiles, et c'est très étonnant que l'établissement figure au Guide Michelin.
