Nothing at all
- Top notch hospitality, all staff from the doormen, reception until housekeeping team were all helpful, wearing smile all the time and I only saw local men and women, no foreign workers. I've been to some 4-5 stars hotels but this is my first experience that the receptionists would approach the guests for check-in/out regardless membership status or club/exec room reservation. My special request fulfilled <3. For my personal record, this experience surpassed the warmest hospitality that's typically shown by our neighbour, Indonesia. They indeed deserve the Michelin status.
- Room layout and wooden interior resembles a house which is truly defined as Ruma (rumah in Malay). Space just nice, not too big nor too small.
- Cozy bed and pillow, up to my liking. It helped my body to relax and recover after a full body massage I had in the afternoon.
- I would say everything was great. Note: I did not try their breakfast and any other facilities because I could not even leave the bed.
None. I would love to return after I finish trying all notable hotels in KL.

The hotel is distinguished by its architectural sophistication, with impeccably maintained guest rooms and exceptionally attentive service.
It would be highly convenient if the hotel could provide complimentary local maps for guests.
Good location, nice rooms. Pool is great. Great breakfast - although very crowded.
Ground floor entrance is odd, doesn’t feel like somewhere you want to hang out. The 75% alcohol packaged hand wipes on arrival were a bit odd for a 5 star hotel. Whilst the staff are nice enough they clearly aren’t trained to the standard they should be, they have a look of surprise or bemusement when you ask them for anything and often you have to ask for things multiple times. I was overcharged on check out.
Unglaublich freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal, herausragender Service von Check In bis Check Out. Sehr bequeme Betten und Kissen. Vielleicht das beste Hotel in dem ich je war in rund 40 Jahren reisen.
Da muss ich echt nachdenken. Frühstücksbuffet dürfte etwas mehr europäisch sei. Aber hej, wir sind in Asien.

Bathroom is not well maintained especially spotted moulded tiles grout. I would expect more For 5 star hotel, cleanliness, hygiene and health concerns.
