Personal inadecuado para actuar en emergencias , mi niña se quedó encerrada en un clóset y no mantenían llave para abrir , no querían dañar la puerta y por eso paso 25 minutos encerrada , se llamó al 911 porque ellos no podían resolver , llego la policía y por medio de ellos se pudo romper para el acceso , no colaboraron en nada . Pésima atención en estos casos .

Cons:

They should respect the commitment that a reservation represents more! Arriving at a place you reserved more than a month in advance and being told that they are full, that they don't have what you reserved, that if you want you can take what they had left at that time, to me it's not fair, even more so when you are traveling from another country and returning home, what you want most is to feel welcomed and comfortable. Not, on the contrary, frustrated and disappointed.

Extremely bad experience
Pros:

I was given a complete different room, not for what I paid. I was given an option of a room with one bed and they were going to add an extra bed(this would have make the room very tight to walk. I declined the offer and asked for a refund, the employee while having the owner on a speaker phone told me that was not possible. I left without a refund.
The pictures shown on their advertisement is not what I received.
