The easiest way to get to the property from the main train station in Lucerne is to take the S5 train. IN only two stations you are at the "Mattenhof" station. From there it is only a few steps to the hotel.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. great stay with great location for accessibilty
Pros:

location was great easily accessible to kriens mattenhoff station. Staff was supportive . Good breakfast

Cons:

Though the breakfast was good ,menu was same during our stay for 4 days
it would be good if they can provide slippers
