The easiest way to get to the property from the main train station in Lucerne is to take the S5 train. IN only two stations you are at the "Mattenhof" station. From there it is only a few steps to the hotel.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. Rooms were extremely hot and No AC made us all 4 sleep miserable and not able to sleep... called friend desk for help and they did kot care or offer anything to comfort...terrible management and property with this heat and Not have AC is jot acceptable for a tourist
Very poor customer service...Will never go back or recommend this property to anyone

Have AC solution for your guests and not sleep with sweats or not sleep at all due to how hot rooms were.

Für einen Kurzaufenthalt sehr gut.
Pros:

Die Lage war für uns top. Die Nähe zur Autobahn und unmittelbare Anbindung zur SBahn nach Luzern Zentrum ist von Vorteil, wenn man mit dem Auto anreist. Frühstück war gut. Und das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Beim duschen spritzt das Wasser sehr in das Bad. Die Schutzwand ist da nicht aussreichend gross. In dem Zimmer hätte ich mir 2 Dinge gewünscht, einen kleine Kühlschrank und einen Wasserkocher. Es gab Teebeutel und Milch und Zucker aber ein Wasserkocher war nicht vorhanden.
