Fantastic stay because of staff and well worth its value
Pros:

The kitchen was perfectly stocked, the rooms were huge, the AC worked wonderfully, the gym was clean, the hotel itself is always clean, and the location was safe and didn't have a lot of traffic. I really want to emphasize the staff, the front desk staff are incredibly welcoming and really take into account any issues the guest may have (especially night staff, they were my favorite). Eden, my family appreciates you. The general manager of this hotel is quick to accommodate and reply to any issues.

Cons:

The food that was cooked there was bland and I have avoided it. Even people without a huge budget can make a simple meal good. It's time to start investing in a real chef especially for social hour. Ask the interview candidate to cook you something with the ingredients that you have on site and see what they do with it.
The amenities like the laundry room were outdated and did not function properly. The washers do not drain, the dryers took twice as many times to dry, and they burned holes in our clothes. Our sink leaked and the shower hot water took forever to get hot. The owner needs to really look into these issues because they're going to end up costing them money more than if they just update their facilities. It's not fair to have these guests get mad or upset with staff over the owners issues.
Booking.com took almost 3 weeks to issue my refund, next time I'm in San Antonio; paying the hotel directly there's not a huge monetary gap anyways.

Pros:

Loved the breakfast! Very quiet! Super clean

Cons:

Our phone in our room wasn’t working the entire stay… the elevators were all broken was put in the 4th floor but not a discount or anything for us having to walk up and down stairs the entire stay!

I loved the breakfast and very clean room. Everything was qonderful!

Cons:

I didn't like being on upper floors. When I asked to be on the lower floors I was dismissed. Said they would change it next time and did not.
