Its good. Their stuffs are all accomodating and its nice there. I just dont like the food.

Sana icheck ng ayos ang card pang swipe mismo sa room, honestly bngyn kme ng card na wrong # since andun housekeeping pinsuyo nmin kaya naopen. Then while were sleeping with my part we shock na may pilit na nagbubukas ng pinto dhl yung card # nila ay sa romm nmin. Buti nadouble lock kme, kung hindi nagdouble lock mkkpsok sila. Then i dont know if nacheck ba nila, alam nmn na 2 pax yung mag check in pero yung upuan sa dining table is 1, i dont know if 1 lng ba tlga? So while were yung partner ko nkaupo siya sa bed since 1 nga lng yung upuan. Lately nrin nplitan yung card nmin after mangyri yung incident.

A pet-friendly, quiet getaway for the artsy kind who want to calm the mind and senses whilst enjoying good food.
Pros:

I loved the entire property and the fact that it’s pet friendly. The art display was lovely and there are restaurants where we can eat. Food was good too. Too bad the meditation center is only open Saturdays (I think, it was closed when we were there)

Cons:

My friend’s boyfriend went there for a quick visit and they were not properly treated by the guard on duty (though his name was not determined) when he was asked to move his motorcycle. It upset her because he could’ve been more polite.

Lovely ambiance with a pinch of art in a natural environment. Would stay again.
Pros:

Great place to spend a few days at a reasonable price, in a beautiful surrounding. Rooms themselves are on the small size but good enough for two people. The swimming pool is small but well maintained. Location is not the best but close enough to everything by car or a tricycle. There is a convenience store across the street as well as two restaurants, one of which is a little gem with great food and ambience (Sweet Knot Haven). Also, kudos for the art collection, which shows taste and quality.

Cons:

Daily service could be improved. The room service is limited and you will need to constantly ask for the basics as the hotel seems short staffed. Linens and curtains were stained (had to ask for new linens, which were provided). Foul smell coming from the bathroom sometimes. Jacuzzis on the rooftop were out of service. A little beaten down in some parts, seems to be going through partial renovation.

Upon arrival, there is no drinking water in the room. No sleepers, no toothbrush and toothpaste. We have to ask still the housekeeping to have this. And the staff took so long to give us, what we were asking.

Cons:

We waited over two hours to check in, only to be informed that our original room was not available. We were then transferred to another room, which unfortunately also had several issues. The bathroom sink was faulty, and there was a persistent foul odor in the room.

In addition, we requested that the room be cleaned during the morning. However, when we returned to the hotel later that day, the room was still in the same condition. When we raised this with hotel staff, we were informed that housekeeping may have missed the room signage, which was disappointing given that a clear request had been made.

That said, I would like to note that the manager was very approachable and helpful, and the receptionist was also polite and professional, which we appreciated.

Quite disappointed with our stay here
Pros:

The area looks nice. You can go around for a morning walk. There are restaurants and convenience store inside the property so you don’t have to go out to buy. It’s easy to reach the reception thru the room phone.

Cons:

We stayed in king suite and I occupied one of the twin beds. For the entire stay, I suffered from sleeping without any AC since it’s only hitting one of the two twin beds. Also, the entire bathrooms were reeking of sewage smell so we had to clean it to conceal the smell. The bed linens are dirty and there are stains in it. The curtains going to the garden are also dirty, there’s even a trapped fly in it.

Cons:

Luma lahat, yung room madumi. Hindi sila na naglinis nung day 2. Mabilis sumagot sa calls pero walang dumadating sa request. Late checkin, nakalagay sa Itinerary 2pm pagdating dun insist nila 3pm start, pero past 4pm na kami nakapasok sa room. Hindi malinis hindi din amoy hotel amoy amag yung cabinet hindi mo malagyan ng gamit. Wala ding clinic nanghingi ako ng tube ice dahil nasprain ako wala. Yung almusal ang tagal iserve tapos ang konti ng rice, pag nagpaadd ka mahal 260 kada set. Walang creamer yung coffee, timplado na pagdating. Ganda sana nagwalking sa gabi kaso hinabol kami ng aso sa parking. Yung attendant panay for a while hindi sumasagot maayos.

Next day hindi magamit keycard need pa pareactivate sa reception area.
