Pros:

The staff were very accommodating and polite. The place is aesthetically pleasing. D'Aly food was great and a value for money.

Cons:

CR would be better if cleaned well, especially CR near the swimming pool. Sweet Knot Haven would be wonderful if their food would be as filling as their interior is decorated. Other areas outside the hotel need maintenance because some places looked abandoned which makes it look dire or bleak.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay, but value for money wise, not worth it.
Pros:

The location is fine. I like the idea of staying in one compound and just do your thing around. Either you swim, walk around or take view of the forest in upper deck.

Cons:

The food is fine, but the breakfast is quite disappointing. There is no much option to choose from the menu. Food are the same from day 1 and day 2. The mini lavatory is so off. It is not useful at all.

La Bella Stay
Pros:

I loved the theme, ambiance, and overall feel of the hotel. My family and I were able to fully relax during our stay.

Cons:

One downside is that the room doesn’t have a smart TV, so there’s no access to Netflix or YouTube, and the cable channels are quite limited. It’s also a bit sad to see that Bodhi Cafe is no longer being maintained. Compared to previous reviews that mentioned visitors loving it for the books and cozy atmosphere, there are no books available anymore.

The location is cozy. Staff are nice.

Cons:

Misleading photo on booking.com. i specifically wanted the spacious balcony on the photo but ours was small. Per front desk, the room with the balcony i wanted was the same room type but currently under renovation. I would appreciate atleast a heads up about it.

The restroom is overall clean but has a bad smell coming from the drain.
