Pros:

The location is cozy. Staff are nice.

Cons:

Misleading photo on booking.com. i specifically wanted the spacious balcony on the photo but ours was small. Per front desk, the room with the balcony i wanted was the same room type but currently under renovation. I would appreciate atleast a heads up about it.

The restroom is overall clean but has a bad smell coming from the drain.

Its good. Their stuffs are all accomodating and its nice there. I just dont like the food.

Sana icheck ng ayos ang card pang swipe mismo sa room, honestly bngyn kme ng card na wrong # since andun housekeeping pinsuyo nmin kaya naopen. Then while were sleeping with my part we shock na may pilit na nagbubukas ng pinto dhl yung card # nila ay sa romm nmin. Buti nadouble lock kme, kung hindi nagdouble lock mkkpsok sila. Then i dont know if nacheck ba nila, alam nmn na 2 pax yung mag check in pero yung upuan sa dining table is 1, i dont know if 1 lng ba tlga? So while were yung partner ko nkaupo siya sa bed since 1 nga lng yung upuan. Lately nrin nplitan yung card nmin after mangyri yung incident.

Stylish lobby, but rooms were uncomfortable and poorly cleaned.

A pet-friendly, quiet getaway for the artsy kind who want to calm the mind and senses whilst enjoying good food.
Pros:

I loved the entire property and the fact that it’s pet friendly. The art display was lovely and there are restaurants where we can eat. Food was good too. Too bad the meditation center is only open Saturdays (I think, it was closed when we were there)

Cons:

My friend’s boyfriend went there for a quick visit and they were not properly treated by the guard on duty (though his name was not determined) when he was asked to move his motorcycle. It upset her because he could’ve been more polite.

Lovely ambiance with a pinch of art in a natural environment. Would stay again.
Pros:

Great place to spend a few days at a reasonable price, in a beautiful surrounding. Rooms themselves are on the small size but good enough for two people. The swimming pool is small but well maintained. Location is not the best but close enough to everything by car or a tricycle. There is a convenience store across the street as well as two restaurants, one of which is a little gem with great food and ambience (Sweet Knot Haven). Also, kudos for the art collection, which shows taste and quality.

Cons:

Daily service could be improved. The room service is limited and you will need to constantly ask for the basics as the hotel seems short staffed. Linens and curtains were stained (had to ask for new linens, which were provided). Foul smell coming from the bathroom sometimes. Jacuzzis on the rooftop were out of service. A little beaten down in some parts, seems to be going through partial renovation.

The bed and linens are comfortable.

Cons:

Upon arrival, there is no drinking water in the room. No sleepers, no toothbrush and toothpaste. We have to ask still the housekeeping to have this. And the staff took so long to give us, what we were asking.
