Too expensive for the stay w no bfast, nothing much to do

Not well kept and rooms are not really of quality- wood furnitures and broken, no hanger, pool too small and heater not working well to make swimming comfortable, the place needs so much upgrade , floors are creaking, food not good, no bfast included despite high cost, no Resto till 10am. Parking too small, garden not kept well

Great pool, small but enough

Jacuzzi, with noticeable dirt on the sides, can be maintained atleast once a week.

Their foods ..
It is affordable ! Especially yung breakfast , they have more servings than the Restaurants at the outside.
If we will go to tagaytay again , we will be having breakfast here.

I was very dissatisfied with this booking. I really could not believe it. It was really a waste.
Pros:

I didn’t like anything about this booking!

Cons:

The rooms are not clean found cockroaches and a broken or ripped window screen. Bathroom are bad no hot water. Shower water keeps turning off I. The middle of showering. Photos on your site are very much different from the actual looks.

Holes in towels, no water pressure, leaking bidet, no coat hangers, no safe to put valuables, no tea or coffee facilities, no access to wifi in our room, one of the dental kits had been used and not replaced, and something unrecognisable in the bathroom cupboard.

Though I had booked for two day, I left within a day

The view from room was the only thing nice about the room

Cons:

There was no wifi in room, there were black spots on ceiling which I assume were mold....big spider in toilet...The room was super noisy during the storm due to cross-ventilation between the two doors (main door and balcony door); cabinet door was also broken...

Pros:

It has a nice gazebo overlooking the town below. It was awesome to just chill at night while looking at the stars above and the lights of the town below. The room was so big for its price. The staff were very friendly.

Cons:

The closet was old and broken. Didn't use it.
