Pros:

The first room they put us in had a bad smell, it was dark and it was noisy at night… we could hear banging (like with a hammer) and dragging sounds. It sounded like renovation work going on. When we complained about it on the second night (and even recorded the noise for them to listen to), and after they sent an employee up to our room to listen, they kept trying to tell us that the noise was from the KTV four floors below us. It wasn’t… it was not singing or music, it was banging and dragging. And it was coming from directly above us. They did switch us to another room higher up (at midnight), but that room also had a bad smell.
We also paid extra for the breakfast buffet which was not worth the money. The food was not hot or particularly tasty.
Overall it was a bad experience.
