Acustica ruim, escutava o quarto ao lado.

Estacionamento não tem funcionários disponíveis, ao invés de pagar a diária, acabei pagando valor maior de diferentes entradas e saídas, segundo a recepção esse é um problema crônico e há reclamações diárias.

Boa, mas esperava mais.

Elevador fazendo barulho dentro do quarto, tv não pegava canais, cofre não funcionava.
Tolerei o barulho no período da tarde mas qdo voltei ao hotel pelas 21hs a tv já não funcionava mais. Cabo da internet quebrado, não pegava nada.
Solicitei a troca. Funcionário queria me colocar num quarto conjugado tendo outro ao lado vazio. Tive que argumentar. Trocou corretamente, mas apenas abriu o quarto e me deixou ali fazendo toda a mudança, e ainda que a janta que solicitei havia chegado ao mesmo tempo. Tive que deixar um chinelo na porta do novo quarto pois a tag era do quarto anterior. Eu teria que descer lá para habilitar.
Foi um caos. Coisa que não tinha visto em hotéis muito mais simples. Não esperava tais posturas e a fala de infra em certos quartos. Uma pena.
Hotel lindo, academia legal. Piscina legal mas estava suja. E era um dia bem quente agora em abril. Café da manhã bom.
