Cons:

Poderia ter uma ou duas águas de cortesia, bem como máquina de expresso. Estacionamento muito caro, R$ 60 a diária é o dobro do que se pratica em hotéis do mesmo padrão (em São Paulo seria de R$ 25 a 30).

The location is very good, especially if the purpose of the trip is work.

The breakfast is very good. They prepare eggs and tapioca fresh to order.
The staff is friendly, and the location is excellent, especially for those who need to work around the area.

Cons:

The room itself was okay, but unfortunately, it was not soundproof.
Since it was a connecting room, I could hear everything from the room next door, even the smallest noises. I had to turn the TV volume up very loud just to avoid hearing my neighbor’s phone conversation.

There is a structure for a bar on the pool and gym floor, but unfortunately, it was not operating.

The pool should have heated water. Even during the winter, there were sunny and warm days, and it would have been very pleasant to use the pool.

The gym is quite basic, with only a few pieces of equipment.

The restaurant is outsourced, and the parking is also operated by a third party. In addition, you have to switch elevators in order to reach the hotel, which is not very convenient.
