O tamanho do quarto e a limpeza estavam ok. O Café da manhã é ok. Hall de entrada bem aconchegante e moderno com cheiro bom. Estacionamento pago de fácil acesso para deixar e pegar o carro.
Atendentes na recepção pouco preparados e com atitude não apropriada para a posição que ocupam. Na segunda diária não foi realizado a limpeza do quarto (e deixamos o quarto livre por muito tempo). O quarto é extremamente barulhento (barulho de outros quartos e de canos ou de estrutura que passa no interior das paredes durante a noite toda), ar condicionado muito barulhento. Achamos que para um hotel 4 estrelas tem algumas questoes criticas para melhorar.

Gentileza e interesse em resolver as questões da hospedagem, algo simples como levar um secador de cabelo ao quarto não foi realizado.
Elevador de serviço estava causando ruído alto no quarto, pedi para trocar mas nao fui atendido, e o hotel não estava cheio
