Lista grande, mas principalmente a péssima limpeza. Qdo cheguei no quarto estava cheio de cabelos no ralo do box, um fedor de esgoto no banheiro, um dedo de sujeira embaixo das camas… enfim, um nojo. Banheiro da recepção um fedor. Ar condicionado não ligava, tive que chamar recepção durante a noite. Marca do ar, TV, as piores que existem que nunca ouvi falar. Café da manhã no Domingo não tinha ninguém fazendo ovo, tapioca…

Hotel bonito, falta un poco de mantención. Personal con muy buen trato

Cons:

Habitaciones del piso 20 con ruidos molestos por el ascensor todo el día y noche, no se descansa nada. El personal nos atendió bien pero he pagado mucho menos por mayor calidad de hospedaje.
