Wirklich ein tolles schönes Hotel mit einem sehr guten Preis

Ein tolles Hotel. Große saubere ruhige Zimmer. Tolle Matratzen. Parkplatz vor der Haustür kostenfrei. Gutes Wlan und wirklich ein fantastisches Frühstück und das alles zu einem wirklich guten Preis . Wir werden wiederkommen. Garantiert

Pros:

Frühstück war gut, Lage sehr ruhig

Cons:

Das Hotel hat einige Baustellen wie Sauberkeit,defekte Birnen, angeschimmelte Fugen im Bad. Die Chefin Frau Herzog war sehr kurz angebunden bei Fragen, man kann sogar sagen eher barsch.

Wunderbar unter dem Bild schlafen und träumen
Pros:

Bin freundlich empfangen worden. Mitarbeiterin erklärte mir die Wege und Entfernungen in der Stadt und gab mir Tipps bezüglich der öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel.

Cons:

Habe keinen Grund zum Jammern.

Alles im Rahmen gut.
Pros:

Frühstück gut und reichhaltig. Personal sehr nett. Zimmer geräumig. Extrem preisgünstig. Schönes Villenviertel, die Altstadt ist fußläufig in 15-20 Minuten zu erreichen.

Cons:

Hotel ist seit 1995 ein wenig "Out of Style" und veraltet. Aber aufgrund des günstigen Preises trotzdem grundsätzlich empfehlenswert.

Etwas in die Jahre gekommen, allenfalls für einen Kurzaufenthalt zu empfehlen.
Pros:

Relativ zentrale, ruhige Lage in einem Villenviertel nahe des Ilmparks. Sehr preisgünstig, kostenloser Parkplatz. Es scheint einzelne modernisierte Zimmer zu geben, auf die sich meine weitere Bewertung nicht bezieht.

Cons:

Das Hotel ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und wirkt lieblos geführt. Zimmer und Frühstücksraum sind im Stil der frühen 2000er Jahre ziemlich geschmacklos in rot, schwarz und weiß (Fliesenboden!) gehalten. Das Zimmer (Nr. 2) war zwar riesig, aber ziemlich unwohnlich. Die Möbel wiesen deutliche Gebrauchsspuren auf, der Fernseher war winzig. Die Fenster (Ostseite!) ließen sich nicht verdunkeln, eines der Sichtschutzrollos war defekt. Das Bad war zwar gereinigt, wirkte aber dennoch ungepflegt: Der Seifenspender war klebrig, die Fugen der Duschverkleidung waren braun verschimmelt und der Duschgelspender war leer.

Für eine Nacht war es angesichts des unschlagbaren Preises (47,- € inkl. Frühstück) in Ordnung, einen längeren Aufenthalt würde ich im Art Hotel (jedenfalls in diesem Zimmer) aber nicht verbringen wollen.

Pros:

Sehr schönes Hotel in einer Villa zu einem hervorragenden Preis-Leistungsverhältnis! Gute Ausstattung und Sauberkeit. Parkplätze sind vor dem Haus vorhanden, zur Innenstadt sind es nur ein paar Minuten zu Fuß.

Optimal für diesen super Preis!
Pros:

Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist unschlagbar und beim Frühstück kommt jeder auf seine Kosten. Neben den üblichen Leckereien gab es auch 2 Sorten Fisch, und wer wollte, konnte sogar ein Omlet mit ausgewählten Zutaten frisch zubereitet haben.
