Pros:

My stay in Hotel Elite was not enjoyable at all. Despite extra money being deducted from my account while booking the hotel;when I arrived at the Hotel at 4.00am, I was forced to pay 2000 Indian Repees so to get a place to rest after traveling for many hours. I was never given slippers for going to the bathroom until the following day. The room was never cleaned for all the days I stayed there. There was dust on the furniture, and the room had cockroaches.

Pros:

I had stayed at this hotel several times and was always impressed by the high level of service and attention to detail. The staff is wonderful, and the accommodations are clean and pleasant. A lot of little things add up to the nicest hotel experience you've ever had. The nicest part is the hotel staff, who will treat you with genuine warmth.

Pros:

No windows, shower that is cold and goes everywhere leaving everything wet, terrible breakfast, intrusive staff, in a very dodgy part of town.
