Firstly, for 4 nights we stayed here, not even once our bed covers and pillow cases were changed. The porch light at our so called balcony was U/S from day 1 we stayed and we requested it to be changed but nothing happened. We were informed by the staff when we made the booking that we would get a room on the upper floor but we were given a room on the ground floor. This is the first time i am staying here with my wife and we are really dissapointed with the hotel. I have stayed here alone twice and none of these problems occurred. Why the slackness?? Improve your breakfast as it is really bad and also your breakfast timing supposed to start at 7:30am but at 7:50am a few of your hotplates were empty and i had to call your staff and ask them to put the tea spoons as none were available. On the last night of our stay, the TV channells all blacked out till we checked out at 09:45am. What is going on??? Sorry but this will be our last stay here and 1 more thing, why did no one inform us about the construction next door?? It's a nuisance to be waken up by the sound of bulldozers and builders hacking!!!!! Prioritise your guests!!! I am so damn dissapointed!!!!!

Много муравей в комноте, паутинные домики в углах комнаты, нет телефона в комнате для быстроты персонала надо всегда подойти к ресепшену и говорить чего нехватает

Disappointingly impersonal stay in what could be a good place if standards were improved.
Pros:

The rooms and surround have obviously been created with care and are comfortable. The area is great and easy reach of restaurants and beaches.

Cons:

The staff were totally indifferent which made the stay feel soulless. The pool is only just over knee deep, and the buildings are all very close together. The air conditioner was aimed straight at the bed so very hard to get the temperature right. The rooms were often not made up until later in the day and staff did the bare minimum in cleaning them.

Pros:

The bed is comfortable and the landscape is nice and well kept.

Cons:

The quality of the breakfast spread is 5/10. The dimsum was not fully steamed, the milk was not cold when served. The watermelon was soggy both days.

Pros:

Good location, right next to a scooter rental show and spa. Also quite close to the airport (less than 20min) and chenang beach (less than 15min). The staff is quite friendly and helpful. If you are on a budget this is the perfect place since they do provide towel, hairdryer, iron, functional tv and basic shower necessity.

Cons:

The a/c is not very cold, the bed sheet has stains on it, the overall cleanliness is passable, quite a lot of dust and spider web but the whole place is quite private and quiet. The breakfast is so-so.

Séjour de qualité au Royal Chenang Resort
Pros:

Personnel souriant, très aimable, à l'écoute.
Bon petit-déjeuner local salé avec des fruits et tartines sucrées.
Très bon rapport qualité-prix.
Lits confortables, salle de bain originale avec une ouverture extérieure et des plantes tropicales en guise de ventilation.
Bon emplacement, un peu à l'écart du centre et de la place principale (Pantai Cenang) mais pas si loin à pied (25/30 min).
Des petits commerces (laverie, restaurants, location de scooter accessibles juste à côté. Très proche d'un plage plus calme.
Très beau tableau au dessus du lit.
On prendra la piscine privée dans la chambre la prochaine fois.

Cons:

Quelques moustiques dans la chambre à l'arrivée.
La piscine n'a pas beaucoup de fond, elle sert surtout à se rafraîchir.
Il manquait une bouilloire sur le plateau de courtoisie.
Climatisation trop forte et qui arrive juste en face du lit.
On entend beaucoup les voyageurs des chambres voisines.

La proximité avec de nombreux restaurants, de plages accessibles en une dizaine de minutes a pied.
La proximité avec Island Hopping.
L'hôtel et la piscine étais sympathique.

Cons:

Il y avais des travaux sur le terrain voisin, en face de notre fenêtre, nous n'avions donc pas accès à la terrasse inclus dans la chambre...
