The room, the service. The location

Cons:

Returned customer here. Please make breakfast buffet optional who atays at royale chenang. We cant eat same buffet breakfast for 2days straight. Thanks.

Disappointed on the overall expectation.
Pros:

Nice location, cozy room and beautiful cottage.

Cons:

Travelling during Ramadhan, hotel informed us that the breakfast will be serve as our sahur and to be ready by 5am. To our disappointment, when we came down to the cafe at 5am, there's no sahur. The cafe is close. We went to the reception area to asked and the staf inform us that the chef didn't show up to work. At 5am, we have to go out around the area but unfortunately no restaurant/cafe available to serve our sahur. Very dissatisfied with the management. Should inform us earlier for any incapabilities on the hotel side so that we can be prepared on our part.

The air conditioning system can be improve. The weather was super hot but the ac not in a good/ tip top condition.

A small guesthouse type hotel, okay for a one night stay only
Pros:

This is a very small hotel which has basic amenities. It is okay for a one night stay but I wouldn't have liked to have stayed for any longer.

Cons:

The breakfast was very basic and catered for the Asian community. There is not much room in reception and the rooms are quite small. We stayed at the Villa Molek hotel just down the road on our return flight which was a much nicer hotel.

Firstly, for 4 nights we stayed here, not even once our bed covers and pillow cases were changed. The porch light at our so called balcony was U/S from day 1 we stayed and we requested it to be changed but nothing happened. We were informed by the staff when we made the booking that we would get a room on the upper floor but we were given a room on the ground floor. This is the first time i am staying here with my wife and we are really dissapointed with the hotel. I have stayed here alone twice and none of these problems occurred. Why the slackness?? Improve your breakfast as it is really bad and also your breakfast timing supposed to start at 7:30am but at 7:50am a few of your hotplates were empty and i had to call your staff and ask them to put the tea spoons as none were available. On the last night of our stay, the TV channells all blacked out till we checked out at 09:45am. What is going on??? Sorry but this will be our last stay here and 1 more thing, why did no one inform us about the construction next door?? It's a nuisance to be waken up by the sound of bulldozers and builders hacking!!!!! Prioritise your guests!!! I am so damn dissapointed!!!!!

Много муравей в комноте, паутинные домики в углах комнаты, нет телефона в комнате для быстроты персонала надо всегда подойти к ресепшену и говорить чего нехватает
