Pros:

The location and the restaurant are very nice.

Cons:

The pillows are hard and huge, very uncomfortable! The breakfast needs serious improvements too. It is too expensive for the selection.

Lovely peaceful hotel with fantastic rooms and great views

Beautiful location and a fantastic room. Very convenient for the metro into Rotterdam and the ferry back to the UK.

Pros:

Stayed for one night for work. Quite nice location, Maassluis is quite small so even though the hotel is not located in the city center, it is a short walk to get to things. The hotel itself is very modern looking with a nautical theme. Bright clean well furnished room. Bathroom with Rituals products (!!!) and shower with controls that every hotel should have (it's a small thing, but not having to worry you will blast yourself with ice cold water from the overhead "rain" showerhead? priceless). Staff was friendly and helpful. Handmade local souvenirs for purchase at the front desk.

Cons:

Would've loved if there was a shoe horn in the room :) That is literally the only thing i can think of that could be improved.

Absolutely fabulous room, bathroom and river views.

Cons:

Unfortunately the restaurant was closed. We had been warned about this...but hadn't realised it was because of a wedding. We were therefore rather trapped in our room and couldn't even buy a drink at the bar.

Relaxt, mooi en rustig hotel in prima locatie
Pros:

Kamers zijn heel goed en mooi ingericht. Goed bed, mooi licht, onze kamer had prachtig uitzicht over het water. Heel rustig gelegen.

Cons:

Eigenlijk niets, kan nu niets bedenken.

Excellent location. Relaxing, peaceful, still close to the city!
Pros:

World class room finish - as in how well the tiling was done in the bathroom. I had the worst room in the place, and the cheapest, but I was happy. There were 3 large windows letting light, a corner room! The property is on a corner of a side channel of the port, and the main port channel. That meant that one could watch the very peaceful and relaxing view of ships going out or coming in. But, because it was on the port channel, and away from the highway - no traffic!

Cons:

The mattress was too soft. Way too soft. The view from the windows was of the hotel car park. (However, the port channel was just beyond the cars, and visible, So not entirely a bad view. Considering what this location normally gets for a night's lodging, I still got a deal. I loved the hotel, and the location. Normally I would not consider a hotel at their prices, but this place? I'll be back.
