I this hotel is clean, a convenient location to downtown and the staff does a great job.
Pros:

The front desk attendant was very kind and professional. She genuinely cared for our comfort. The ADA room was perfect for my disabled husband.

2nd stay at this location. Right next to Spanish Moss Trail, and close to where we were visiting.

Friendly staff, good location, but does not measure up the the Hilton name

Staff was very friendly and helpful

Cons:

We asked for a fragrance free scent free room. It was not. I thought we were going to have to turn around and leave immediately. But my wife wore a mask all night. Also, the breakfast was premade, reheated and disgusting.

Everything but the bed and bedding was good.

Breakfast was great. Location was decent but close enough to downtown and surrounding areas.

Cons:

The beds, pillows, and blankets were honestly subpar in comparison to other Hiltons.

Bed disappointment.
Pros:

Bedding was terrible. No clean blankets.
Did not see one cleaning cart while there for two days. Highly unusual.

The front desk staff member was rude and not accommodating at all. We arrived around 6:00 pm after a 7 hr drive. We got a call from the front desk at 8:30 that she received 2 complaints about our child running in the room ( our 22 pound 2year old that had been cooped up in a car for 7 hrs ). We were told that we need to keep her quiet and not disturb the other guests. We went to the front desk and asked if there was anything we could do and the attendant was condescending, rude, and dismissive. We proceeded to book another reservation and checked out the next morning. The manager the next morning was understanding and offered to move us but we had already decided to leave.. it was too little too late. Also, the bed skirts for both beds were put on the mattress under the blanket instead of on the box springs.

Beautiful hotel. I would recommend this hotel. If I had to come back I would definitely stay here
Pros:

I didn’t eat the breakfast I had some juice and coffee very attentive when I said the coffee was out. The front desk attentant made more let me know it how long it would be.

Cons:

Other guests let there dog bark in there room early in the morning.

Convenient location and large rooms
Pros:

Room was large and clean, with kitchen area that included a refrigerator. Staff was helpful. Location is convenient to downtown Beaufort (by car) and the surrounding sea isles.

Cons:

Somewhat noisy due to nearby state highway and Marine air base. Breakfast was a disappointment for a Home 2 Suites; opened late; no English muffins, individual yogurts or granola available, and breakfast sandwiches didn't look inviting.
