The beds were very comfortable

Cons:

The bathroom sink was leaking and the bath place was designed to be part of the toilet space so water pours in the whole place after bathing. The bathroom needs to be separated with class partitioning from the toilet.

They are good but can do better.
Pros:

The staff are amazing especially SHARON and NiCOLE. The breakfast was amazing too!!

Cons:

The fact that they wouldn’t let May guests access my room even for a few minutes during day,I had to get out and meet them at the lobby or restaurant! Not necessary!

Pros:

Being a vegetarian, options in Breakfast menu were limted but restaurant staff was cooperative enough to help in arranging few options..overall good experience

Cons:

No complimentary pick and drop facility to airport from Hotel..this can really add value to customers overall experience with hotel as most of the good and big hotel chains always provide pick and drop facility to airport
