Wir waren gut untergebracht und fühlten uns sehr wohl.
Pros:

Gute Auswahl bei Frühstück, Lage des Hotel optimal zur Altstadt /Zentrum (Marktkirche), Zimmer sauber und Größe ist ausreichend, Personal sehr freundlich und bei Problemen immer um eine Lösung bemüht, Sitz-Bereich an der Bar mit Sofas und Sesseln super gemütlich

Cons:

Anzahl der Tische für 3-4 Personen beim Frühstück zu gering, teilweise schwer einen passenden Tisch zu finden,
in den Zimmern sollte definitiv ein kleiner Schrank oder Regal mit Ablagen für Kleidung etc in die Garderobe integriert werden

Insgesamt guter Aufenthalt mit kleinen Schönheitsfehlern.

Die Zimmer waren sehr schön.

Cons:

Leider hat man uns zunächst nicht das Zimmer der gebuchten Kategorie zugeteilt und wir konnten nach Reklamation in ein Komfort Doppelzimmer umziehen. Obwohl wir täglich die Zimmerreinigung angemeldet hatten, wurde dies mit einmal ausgeführt. Wir wurden dann abends damit vertröstet, dass die Reinigungskräfte nicht mehr im Haus seien.

Super Personal, Hotel ok

Das Personal war überaus freundlich. Selten so nett empfangen worden.

Cons:

Leider hat es beim Check-in etwas länger gedauert, weil unsere Buchung nicht gefunden werden konnte. Auch an der Hotelbar war alles etwas mühsam und die Getränke ließen lange auf sich warten, Nachbestellungen waren nicht möglich, weil zu wenig Personal eingesetzt war. Insgesamt gibt es einige Gebrauchsspuren in den Zimmern und die Betten waren unerträglich. Viel zu hart. Das Zimmer war sehr laut und das Bad nicht sauber. Schade

Είχα μια 15νθημερη διαμονή σε ένα ευχάριστο-ήσυχο περιβάλλον

Cons:

Η τελική διάρκεια της διαμονής μου ήταν κατά 3 νύχτες μικρότερη από αυτή που αρχικά είχα κλείσει λόγω έκτακτων προσωπικών- οικογενειακών λόγων. Θα επιθυμούσα να είχα τη δυνατότητα να μου επιστραφούν τα χρήματα για τις 3 διανυκτερεύσεις που δεν πραγματοποιήθηκαν.
